I dropped off a Nintendo Switch with a charging problem through an Asurion claim. They provided an email saying it would be ready in 2 weeks. When I called on the specified day, they said they hadn't had someone capable of doing the repair for months and they didn't know when they could get to it... This is not the same as being understaffed, since apparently normal employees are not trained to handle the repair. Maybe tell the customer that next time instead of keeping it forever?? Also didn't provide any support on getting a refund either. I could have mailed the device to Nintendo and gotten a new switch by this point. When I was in store the employees also were loudly trash talking other customers for either being surprised a repair only took an hour, or expecting repairs to be done sooner. Should have been a red flag. read more

I went this location as a claim. The male technician was so rude. They hide in the back anf take their time coming out. The young lady was pleasant and helpful but it would have to leave my phone until the next day. read more

Extremely long waiting time, and they charged me an additional $120 for a service performed without my approval! Unbelievable! I waited for about 1.5 hours in line to pick up my phone. Even worse, there were only a few chairs so you have to STAND for the entire duration. I made an appointment but it didn't save me any time. There was only one staff at the reception desk and it was very very slow. They should at least have more chairs for customers to sit while waiting. The experience was so terrible. read more

Dodgy, waste of time. Made an appointment to have my screen replaced and scheduled my day around it. Upon arrival they ask for my unlock code, saying they need it to test the screen. I have 2FA codes, business shared directories, tons of confidential information on my phone and I can't give it to a stranger. I asked if I could observe the five minute testing process and they said no. Ultimately they would not fix my phone because I refused to give it to them unlocked in a back room. Three stars for asking to violate my privacy for a routine repair. One star for wasting my time and telling me that when I made the appointment. read more

I came in with an emergency repair and these guys were on top of it. They knew what the issue was and it was repaired in 30 minutes. Everyone was so incredibly nice, prices are very reasonable. Without a doubt if I had any phone issues I would go back. read more

I'm an IT engineer AMD a parent of multiple teenagers. I've had work done multiple times with uBreakiFix and have never had a bad experience. They've fixed phones, laptops, an xBox, and a Mac Mini after a lightning strike. The staff is super knowledgeable and communicative. I used to do some of these repairs myself, but the pricing is such that it is worth it to me to take it to them and have them warranty the work. I've tried other providers when uBreakiFix wasn't available and have had mixed results. They really are in a class by themselves. read more

Good at repairing my iPad and then Android, but couldn't fix their own phones. They never sent email that my phone ready and every attempt I made - over an hour- to reach them by phone led to VM that was full. Finally had to drive over to see if ready. It was. Friendly, competent staff. Just need to fix their own communication technology! read more

This is by far the best service I have ever received at a cell phone repair place. (Unfortunately, I have had my fair share). THEY WERE HONEST!!! They could have charged me for a repair as that is why I brought it in, but instead - they told me what was going on and why it happened. I wouldn't care what broke. I'd take it to them no matter what. In today's climate, you never know what you are going to get. Here, You get honesty, great customer service and reasonable pricing. What more can you ask for??? These guys are a rip off. My iPhone XR screen was cracked from dropping it. I did some research online on where i can get my screen replaced in a timely fashion. Option 1: Apple store $199 replacement, option 2: Best Buy $199, option 3: ubreakifix $price unknown (but advertises having the cheaper option) I decided to visit this store thinking they will complete my repair at a reasonable rate. Well, after talking to employee about my phone; he stated that the cost for repair is $250! I mentioned that Apple is only $199 for a replacement. His response is "go to Best Buy and theyll have your phone for 2 weeks; we can complete your phone in 45 mins". I looked at the employee shocked that he's trying to get over on me. I left and went to Apple and had the glass replaced for $199 under an hour I will file a report to corporate about this. read more

First of all everyone was courteous and listened to our problem. We brought in a cell phone that was not charging properly. They told us to leave it with them thinking it was the charging port. They took the phone apart tested it and told us the bad news that there was a problem with the mother board and it would have to be replaced. And they said doing so would not be worth it as we could simply replace the phone for a little bit more than what that would cost. They didn't charge us for anything as they couldn't fix it. I am impressed with this company and their employees. They take time to really understand and help each customer. I had my glass replaced on my iPad and it wasn't quite working properly. NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. I went to your store because my MacBook pro stuck when I tried to log in. I also brought my external hard drive with my laptop because I think it might a chance you guys need to back up the data on my laptop if you need to do something. When I got home and got a call from you and tell me my MacBook pro needs to install. It costs 79.99. I think it's reasonable and told him I want to do it. When I pick up my laptop next day and back home just realize he didn't back up anything and just formatted it. I called back and he said if I want to back up, it costs one hundred something. BUT HE DIDN'T TELL ME. How genius he is and thinks the external hard drive is for what? Now I paid 85.79 and got an empty laptop (formatted and install? I can do it by myself). A lot of important work files lost and the guy told me "I'm sorry man but I can't do anything" WTF read more

Repair service was quick but then they charged and enrolled for Asurion coverage without authorization. They enrolled me under my work number which I gave as a backup contact number and not even the device on which the repair was completed. read more

Thankful a place like this exists! The gentleman that were in the shop today were super professional and helpful! I shattered my phone screen and I was in and out in less than an hour! Hopefully will not be back soon but I sure will bring my devices here if I need repair. read more

I was having trouble with my computer fan and I brought my computer in expecting a quick 2-3 day diagnostic as the first guy had told me. I was told 3 days later that the diagnostic exam would take 5-7 days. Thankfully, they worked with me and pushed my computer to the front of the queue. They couldn't find anything wrong with the computer despite my complaints. When I went to pick up my laptop, there were visibly large, indented scratches all over the front of my computer. They claim it wasn't their fault, but I am positive those scratches did not exist when I dropped it off. I was very disappointed. Avoid this place if you can. read more

After getting scolded to put on a mask as I walked in the door, I politely informed The cashier that I could not wear one for medical reasons and that was not well accepted. He then demanded I exit the store if I could not put on a mask even though under the current rules medical exemptions are allowed. These folks will never receive my business again. read more
