Unbelievable. The male employee (we were there on Sunday 7/6) was the laziest, most unhelpful person I have ever encountered. Every question we asked him he said he could not help and to call customer service. He kept hiding in the back room And at one point we heard him using the bathroom because it was so loud and he must not have closed the door. He seemed very tired and was unable to answer any question or help our elderly mother with any technical issues. Even after I told him she needed assistance he rolled his eyes and walked into the back room. He finally disappeared for about 15 minutes and we waited longer and longer for the new phone to finish updating even though we saw it was already done. read more

Today my newly graduated college daughter and I went into your store to try to purchase a new IPhone 16 as her phone has not been working well....so we were willing to switch carriers for my daughter to get a new phone but no one would even say hello or acknowledge us as we walked into your store and sat there for over 15 minutes then left and went to the store in Cortlandt and was treated the very same way....no one would help us, even say hello we will be with you shortly...so guess what? We are staying with ATT & T and you lost a good potential customer and revenue of near $1000. read more

My husband and I have had T mobile for several years now and been very pleased. The service, the price and the T mobile Tuesdays have served us well. This past Tuesday , I needed assistance with the Chrome on my husband's phone. I went to the T mobile in Mohegan Lake near the Walmart. I only saw bad reviews. Seems like no one will take time to leave good ones, so here is one. I've been here multiple times and every time, they have helped me. I got my Apple Watch for a much more reasonable offer than most T-mobiles I went to and got it fast. Then I got recommended a WiFi signal booster since my service was terrible. Again, fast service and staff was very helpful. Now, I ordered Apple Air Pods and the staff has informed me with everything. They were out of stock and checked all stores for one for me and now are going out of their way to make sure it gets to me. I love this place. Remember that not every experience for every person will be A+, but the A+ ones should not be written off for a stores entirety of service. Thank you staff for your work and generosity. Staff was incredibly unhelpful. I've been to this location three times in one month and the manager here has consistently been nothing short of unprofessional. In my three visits to this store, I've watched the manager tease and distract her staff while they are trying to help customers. All three times she was blasting music from the Bluetooth speakers in the store. The manager couldn't even help me turn my phone back in (a process that was initiated by her staff at the same location a week prior) because she "couldn't get computer to work." Instead she handed me a raggedy old cardboard box and instructed me to use it for mailing my phone back. If you want to actually accomplish something at a T Mobile store, stay far away from this one. read more

i had to find a new phone provider, so i went the towne center in cortland. i was immediately helped by a very nice,young lady.shr was soo very patient and very helpful in my crazy decision making lol. i will say in all my years using cellular services..this was without a doubt the most pleasant,helpful and insightful. visit to a cellular store. i very highly suggest if you are in the market for new ,phone or service or stop by the t mobile store and ask for elizabeth she is great very sweet and patient as well as helpful!!. i give them 10 star. read more

The representatives at the store were very helpful. But when you buy a phone you would like to connect it while still in the store so you can get any questions or issues resolved on the spot and not have to come back another time,,, but you can't do this at this t-mobile store! I got to the store purchased the phone this transaction took about 10 minutes.. and 2 hours later the phone still has not backed up because the WiFi is horrible I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend getting a phone from this store especially if you need to back it up and make sure everything is working before leaving the store. I can't understand HOW a store that sells cellphones has such poor WiFi. This makes it difficult to purchase a phone and get all questions answered about functions or capability. My family and I came to this location a couple months ago to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. I was so worried that the transfer would be a major pain however the issues were from the company I was leaving. Scottie assisted us and was always attentive, kind and helpful throughout the process. He answered all of our questions honestly which I liked. He was also very patient with my older parents and their inquiries. The team is young and seem to get along well with each other. I'm honestly surprised that there are mostly negative reviews. The staff was very polite and helpful to other customers. I rarely leave reviews but Scottie deserves the praise. read more
