I broke the screen on my phone and couldn't see anything on it. Went to this T-mobile for the 1st time. Corinna was the rep who helped me. She was dope!! Totally knowledgeable, efficient, and super friendly and helpful. She transferred everything to my new phone and got me all set up. New screen protector and case the whole 9 yards. Hella fast, too!! The whole process was under 1 hour.The manager, Guillermo, was 1st working on his day off. Super pleasant, helpful, and quite the multitasker. Very professional and doing the damn thang. I needed a new phone and they researched the best possible cell phone with a promotion they were conducting. I am not only glad with the phone, that came with a protective case but they realized that my address was well within T-Mobile internet/wifi. I went there to get my iPhone 13. The store manager offered me Apple Watch for free. However, he did NOT explain I would be charged monthly and another phone line would be added. I went back to cancel it but he said "it is only $10, it is not a big deal." and The returning fee costs $60. He insisted that he explained I would be charged monthly to me which was not true because I went to get there to get a new iPhone 13 only. Unless it was free, I would not get an Apple Watch. when the store manage was talking to me about it, he was talking to me super loudly in condescending way. I felt hurt emotionally. I just had to show them that the screen was flickering, and they took it back with a refund and no restocking fee, and accepted the phone as a defective product. They're not salespeople, they scammers. I get trying to get your sale, but bold face lying for a sale is wrong. I went in to get my son a phone as his very old SE broke, The saleswoman asked me to get out of the grandfathered plan I had to utilize their new "go" plan, as it was "cheaper" and In order to not have to pay for the phone in full upfront this would be the best option, despite declining to opt into the new plan, this caused my bill to increase over 100 dollars MONTHLY which I was told was the reason why my bill would see an increase (by not opting in), and it would be best to be out of grandfathered plan to ensure a lower monthly bill. I contacted the store manager the next day because I noticed there were two open lines that I didn't need She advised me it didn't "make a difference", because I "wasn't being charged for them" I expressed my concern that the lines were opened without my consent. The manager stated she would "issue a credit" to resolve the matter which apparently was never applied, per T-Mobile corporate, and come to find out I was in fact being charged for one of the two additional lines that I did not need. I contacted T-Mobile support, they informed me the additional lines did not need to be opened in order for me to upgrade, nor did I need to opt into a "go" plan. I spent the last hour on the phone with T-Mobile to get my bill situated to ensure I am no longer paying an extra 100 dollars monthly and back to my grandfathered plan. Also to add while purchasing the phone, they conveniently only had 15s in stock, , and when they o ordered my son's phone I requested black, and shipped a blue phone. Overall not a good experience, it was time consuming and they did not do what was in the best interest for the costumer; but instead what was in their best interest for sales and numbers. Apparently this location is an "authorized retailer" store. The closest CORPORATE stores are T-Mobile in Sunvalley mall and in Parn and Shop off Willow Pass Rd. Go to those locations instead. If there is a district/regional manager who is reading this review, feel free to reach out to me.. This experience was unacceptable. read more

THEY TOOK MY CASH PAYMENT AND APPLIED IT TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT. What a nightmare!!! This store gave me such a headache. And it wasn't the fact that it was obviously a mistake bc the rep didn't double check the phone number that she entered but it was bc both her and the other guy literally could care less. THEY COULD CARE LESS. And they said " sorry, can't give you your cash payment back" shrug shoulders. I was there for an hour only listening to the PAINFULLY STAKEN PHONE CALL BETWEEN THE REP AND SPRINT only to be told that they couldn't do anything about it until another hour later. They said they were able to void the payment on the mistaken account and forward it to my account. An hour later- I got a call saying they couldn't f****** void the payment on that account and that a case was opened. Now it'll take days. Can you f**** believe that??!!! F****** STOP This led alllll the way to corporate bc I told them I started recording at the store. Told them that I started recording bc I knew that there was going to be a lot of back and forth. Once I told them about the recording, they knew it would be a liability. Transferred me to a higher to be resolved. Recklessness and misinformation everywhere. Took my 400 dollar cash payment and it went somewhere else- all to tell me is it basically lost? Or i have to wait for so long?? Hell f***** no. On top of that, I had my baby waiting for me in the car with my fiancé. No one has the time for this , are you serious? I sense pure laziness here. Just to get customers in n out fast and not much help. A part of me gets it bc some customers aren't worth the paycheck in this industry BUT then I come across workers like this when I'm polite and patient and they act like this. I usually go to T-Mobile in Oakland and Pittsburg and they're FANTASTIC. Thorough, patient and just hella cool. My experiences out in pleasant hill and martinez are crazyyyy man. Mindf**** crazy smh. As a 17+ year customer of T-Mobile, I have reached my limit with their lack of response to my problem. In short, they are charging me an additional $33 monthly and hiding behind their service agreement. I have been really nice about this, but reached my limit yesterday when I went into the store on Center and requested to speak with a manager and they ignored me. Carlos or Angel would not take 5 minutes to speak with me. This is pathetic customer service on every level and after 17 years I am done. If I could give this review is zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and never shop at the store. My husband and I were looking for new cell service we went into the store and the girl that helped us did not have a clue to what she was doing. We spent over two hours trying to get new phones and service, but the girl just couldn't help us! the girl gave us a price in the beginning and started the process of checking out the phones then told us it was going to be a totally different price which was WAY MORE MONEY! After tall of that we told the girl to forget it because the price was way more expensive than what she originally told us. My husband and I left and went to Sprint at the Sunvalley shopping Center and we were in the store for 20 minutes and got new phones and service! 27 days later we get a bill from T-Mobile for $200 that was auto drafted out of our checking account that we pay bills out of. I called T-Mobile spent an hour on the phone with customer service and they did nothing for us! So after work my husband and I had to go down to the T-Mobile store and ask to have this mistake corrected. The 2 gentleman that worked at the T-Mobile store said the girl that helped us makes all kinds of mistakes and that they have nothing but problems with her. We were assured that the general manager was going to gear about this and call us when he go back from the east coast, and we never heard back! The 2 guys spent a lengthy amount of time on the phone and told us that our issue was resolved and that we would not get charged again and the service that was mistakenly given to us WAS CANCELED, however once again I've got another bill that will auto draft from our account !!! This is called fraud! If you don't want this to happen to you stay away from this store. I called the store to try to get this resolved again and they told us we would need to come into the store because they now have a new manager and he can't talk to us unless we come in! I told the store I needed to speak to the district manager I wasn't going to spend another five minutes in the store for a mistake that they made. When I contacted the district manager he had an attitude And didn't seem to take this as serious as it is so hear I am writing a review on yelp! These stores do these types of things so they can get credit for phones and service because they get paid commission and get credit for selling phones and services . This is fraud! read more

Scam Alert! They promise free equipment ( phones, watches, cases, adapters, screen protectors) and my bill would not change except for the watch service plans. We told them at least 5x if I had to pay ANY more per month I was not interested because I really didnt need a new phone. It is now 100.00 more per month! Tmobil corp says this store is not owned by them (authorized retailer) and I should go to the store. I live in socal. The manager (Michael) keeps saying he doesn't know why that is happening and to wait a bit for it to correct itself. He said it happens a lot. Really? This started in March. He said again in May to wait a few months. He says what he offered was accurate but there is nothing he can do except offer a credit for 100.00 I told him I wanted my t mobil bill to be what he promised and he said he would have someone higher up call me, Edwin never called. Tmobil Corp has been no help but I did request an escalation with corp and I do have a text form Michael saying yes everything was free so I am not giving up. I have been with T-Mobile since 2003 and this is the worse customer service I have experienced in all the T-Mobile shops I have visited. The average wait at this shop is minimum 23 minutes. Jennifer the manager I met on 5/27/21 at about 11:37am lacks the the common decency and the decorum to serve the customers. She looks at you like you are basically wasting her time. After a long wait for what T-Mobile messed up on, she sent me home with a promise to call me back, needless to say the call never came. What a joke. Watch out at that shop they will sneak you things you didn't order or need. They added a phone I neither ordered nor received. They added a screen protector my family didn't order or received. I will never set foot at this shop again and because of them I am thinking of porting my number to a different carrier which at least will appreciate my business. read more

Just transferred all of our accounts from Verizon to T-Mobile. Dillon was our salesperson, but it really was a joint effort with Keenan (the Store Manager) and Christian. These three young men were awesome! One of these days, I'm going to steal them away to come work for me. They knew EVERYTHING about ALL THINGS mobile - both Android and iPhone. Our account is complicated - lots of devices and lots of intricacies. But, they handled everything perfectly. Of course, it did take as long as it does to buy a car, but we all know it's like buying a car. LOL! Btw, I love my new iPhone X! read more

This store's manager (supposedly), Jennifer, doesn't seem to be knowledgeable of T Mobile's coverage area. I was told several times by the TMobile tech experts on the phone that there is a 5G coverage on my home address. And I verified that claim as well in the T Mobile's website when I enter my address on their coverage map. Jennifer, on the other hand, told me that there is no 5G service in the entire city of Martinez, by merely showing her personal phone as the basis. I don't think that would help T Mobile's sales at all. I'm not going back to this store if the manager herself is opposing the product she's supposed to sell. Not a good sign. read more

I had a ton of questions and he made sure to answer all of them and continued to follow up w/ me even after I left. I've gone to other T-Mobile stores for help but I plan to switch over to this one because of how comfortable I felt and confident that they would 100% take care of me. Definitely recommend popping in here. And if there's a little bit of a wait, the music they have playing is A1 -- Heard songs I hadn't heard in forever. Lol.
