T mobile has a million commercials and sent me so much mail to join them and the incredible offers, it was all a bunch of bullcrap. I go in there and find out they do not offer what they advertise. No free phone, no plan under 50.00 just a bunch of crap. I was so pissed off because it wasn't even close. So they lost my business and if they keep it up I'm sure they will not be there much longer. read more

Buyer beware - The T-mobile home internet is as slow as molassess. I was told that if I returned the equipment within the trial period, there would be no cost. That was a lie. When I took the equipment back to the store way prior to the trial deadline, the store never issued the credit after a whole week. The staff instructed me when I first signed up for the trial that if I ever had a problem with the service or billing, I was to call the Customer Service phone number they provided. I contacted Customer service who told me I had to call back in 30 days for the next biling cycle to get my refund. When I called back in 30 days, I was charged a partial subscription fee, and only received a partial refund. I visited the store to let them know what happened, and the manager handled my visit with antagonism, stating I did something wrong and threw me out of the store. She was too busy in the back room to hear me out, leaving her employee like a sitting duck. She stated that since I had contacted Customer Service and I did not visit the store again, there was nothing she could do, the credit had already gone through by Customer Service. All I needed her to do was apologize, and tell me that in the future, they will make this more clear to their customers. My visit was to simply let them know that they are misleading their customers. Apparently, the company's right hand does not know what the left is doing. Instead, the manager gave me a deaf ear, and told me "clarity is not understanding", whatever that is supposed to mean. It appeared to me that she was the one who did not have clarity. read more

100% WITH 5 PLUS STARS FOR THESE 3 MOBILE EXPERTS!!! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the 3 young smart kids who run this store!!! Not only did they treat me with the utmost respect, but Samuel, Matt, and Nat we're amazing!!! I had the worst and i mean the worst experience of my life for the last 4 days from Metro PC in San Luis on Broad Street!!! The guy there was so rude not helpful and lied to his boss that i was mad because i didn't want to pay my bill!!! What??? On top of that the Metro in Santa Maria set up my account all wrong!! She made passwords that didn't match me!!! I mean, really?? Don't you think i know what street i grew up on??? It was a nightmare!!! Every day this week i was advised by my new TMOBILE EXPERTS on what to do to help me transfer my phone and keep my phone number!!!! I have had it 11 years!!! Well thank you guys!!! Where did all the previous reviews go on this store? Interesting... Anyways I would have originally given this store four stars but once I received my second bill, my opinion went way down. My bill was $95 more then the plan I signed up for, the T Mobile One Unlimited 55+ Plan at $60 a month. When I received my second bill I was being charged an additional $25 for One Plus International and $10 for One Plus. Then the third month I was going to pay $20 more for Apple Watches that I never signed up for, never bought, or wanted. After one phone call with T Mobile Customer Service they corrected my bill but would not credit me the $35 over charge. They directed me back to this store to talk to the manager. Once arriving I was met by thee T Mobile agents that all said their manager is no longer with them. I went home and called Customer Service a second time and they were quite helpful in crediting me the $35 after I told them of my experience. I patiently await next months bill... read more
