The worst! The owner had a terrible temper bordering on dangerous. He doesn't complete his jobs and becomes threatening when he's confronted with his shortcomings. Stay away at all costs. read more

Originally they sent someone out within a week. He did not provide a written estimate and i needed time to consider and get a competitive bid. When I called back they said they'd have to send someone out again to provide the estimate. Called back as well as texted and took over two weeks to get a response, an additional week for an appointment then when i texted and left voicemail since apt time range had passed w no show--they apologized that they would not be out and cant schedule for the estimate for another week. i don't know why I became someone they were not interested in providing good service to? Is it because I was price conscious? ‍. Very disappointed. They were going to get the job but now--no. read more

l was lucky to work with Manny, who was patient and methodical, explaining everything I needed to know; Joshua who makes scheduling easy; and Mark who knows it all and adds in a few great jokes! What an excellent company! They responded quickly, showed up when scheduled, and did a dependable repair. They are now my forever plumbers! I can count on them and trust them throughout a plumbing repair. The best! read more

Pleased to update this review. I was concerned about there being a leak in our new water pipes. Mark ( owner) and Casey came out and spent a few hours crawling through the attic and under the home in the crawl space . Thankfully there was no leak in the pipes and they led us to the culprit , which was damp smelly dirt in crawl space and a need to add venting and foundation support. Suffice to say that Wallace Plumbing has redeemed itself and I am happy to give a 5 star review! read more

Have had Mark , Jordan and Kyle all come out to mom's house for various reasons. I found all to be professional, knowledgeable, honest and personable. Their estimates are accurate and fair. Their work is exceptional. Kyle came promptly and was able to do various tasks all in the same day. He brought another associate with him who was helpful, friendly and courteous and I'm sorry that I've forgotten his name. We were relieved to have the work completed and are satisfied snd highly recommend Wallace Plumbing. read more

Wallace is a class shop. Don't mess with anyone else; you search for a plumber ends here. And especially to you, Manny. Was a pleasure to have met you. read more

Great from start to finish. Wallace answered my request for a project through Yelp with their availability. I was able to schedule an appointment with them the next day. Jordan was friendly and was worked hard and quickly, hustling, while taking care of two different problems plus a toilet install. He pointed out signs of minor damage that could turn into a problem to keep an eye on or take preventative action on, which was unrelated to the day's projects/going above and beyond. I will call Wallace next time I need a plumber. read more

We can not thank Wallace Plumbing enough for all of their hard work on our home. Started off with a small plumbing job and turned into a need for completely new water and sewer lines. These guys were so friendly and flexible during the whole process, even during these huge storms. The whole team at Wallace Plumbing, Jordan, Mark, Kyle, Allen.. and many others involved made this process that much easier. Special thank you to them all for being so warm and welcoming to our family. If you are looking for a local plumbing company to get any job done large or small, give these guys a call. read more

Wallace Plumbing - Occluded line from bathroom explains why it was clogged up - Plumbing Near Me - Morro Bay, California

Can't say enough about the SERVICE, SPEED and QUALITY of work performed by Mark and his team at Wallace Plumbing! Our water heater had sprung a leak and left a large puddle of water in the garage. Called Wallace Plumbing and they showed up within a half hour! Replaced our old water heater same day and took away the old one. Taught us how to drain it once a year and showed us the ins and outs of maintenance. Same day and service with a smile. Would definitely use them again! Thanks Mark & team! 5+ stars! read more

I've used Wallace plumbing 3 times, twice for my fathers house in Morro Bay, Jordan and Manny are prompt, professional and knowledgeable and most recently, on my way out the door for 4 days a pool of water appeared in the living room. I shut the water off, called Mark Wallace and left a key. He squeezed us in and got the repair done the next day. Trustworthy and prompt response, thanks! read more

I highly recommend Wallace plumbing! My water heater and garbage disposal failed suddenly. I called Wallace plumbing based on their excellent references. My phone call was immediately answered and ten minutes later, Mark Wallace addressed my concerns in person and provided me with an exact[ estimate. Mark and his very polite crew, (Manny and Alan) completed the repairs on that same date making sure that each repair was completed thoroughly. Before leaving the job, Mark advised me that he stood by the work that was performed. That is just one of the many attributes of this company and their integrity. I will be calling Wallace Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Dan Sedley read more

Reliable, knowledgable and respectful to have in my home. Wallace have been out a few times to our house, but recently we did a major job with them. They worked nearly four weeks at our house and I was so impressed. Every team member works incredibly hard and is totally reliable. They talked through various concerns and addressed the issues as carefully & efficiently as they could given all the parameters. Plumbing is a complicated and dirty business. They all worked very hard and had a great attitude the whole time. They even loved on my dog! (big win). One morning I went out to get the trash cans in, and found that one of their guys had already done it for me! so thoughtful. Really couldn't recommend them more. read more

Very Friendly But call to fix leaking faucet Came on time with helper after $350 bill left with faucet still leaking read more

Needed water main line repaired, been leaking a long time and costing heavily expensive water bills. Mark Wallace came to inspect the problem, fortunately I had already dug down to where the problem was, so Mark could do the work without having to come back another time. The work done was of premium quality and since there was no further digging to be done, much cheaper and the repair price was more than equitable. Mark Wallace is very honest, straight forward and reputable. I am a retired engineer and fully able to gauge the quality and efficacy of the work, including the pricing - this experience was excellent!! Now, I want to address the negative rating given to Wallace Plumbing, by Lea C. Manhattan, NY - She is totally full of crap! I know this why? I'm aware because I know what kind of a person Lea is and when Lea comes to Calif to visit her Mother, she takes 45 min. (as noted by her Mother) showers and fully empties the 40 Gal water heater, until it runs cold. Oh and as well, she did not pay anywhere near $4000.00 dollars for the replaced water heater, in fact way less than half that amount. So this is not the fault of Wallace Plumbing, or the water heater. Some people just don't get it, Sorry Lea C., You're an idiot!! Robert M. Los Osos, CA read more

My home is 50 years old and the copper piping has corroded and started to leak. I called Wallace Plumbing as they had installed a new water heater for me at a very reasonable price. Owner Mark, and two of his crew spent an hour testing, photographing, searching in the attic, checking pressure and leak monitors. The verdict: the entire water system needed to be repiped. I checked online and sure enough, copper piping starts to fail anytime after 50 years. Mark worked with my complicated schedule and exactly one week to the day of the discovered leak, the work was completed. That's amazing! My home was without water for less than 36 hours. The crew was friendly, accomodating and efficient. The icing on the cake is that Mark provides the drywall repair seamlessly. Most plumbers leave that task to the homeowner. Mark's crew was finished on Tuesday and his drywall guy began repairs on Wednesday. Wallace plumbing is a joy to work with! read more

2 times last 2 months for different services. 1st was for an interior bathroom leaking toilet base and 2nd were broken PVC irrigation pipes outdoors. Clearly both needed fixing asap and both were done within 24 hrs! Mark, the owner, was excellent and had the best plumbers come to the house. The costs were very reasonable. I would use them for any plumbing needs without hesitancy. read more

We've had Wallace plumbing to our house several times for various jobs, large and small. We've always had excellent results. We saw them next-door doing some repairs for our neighbors, so we ran out to meet them at their truck. We haven't even had them do any of our actual plumbing needs yet, but Jordan and Anthony were beyond helpful in educating us, and working with our schedule for future needs. They know the history of sewage lines in the surrounding cities, so they were able to coach us and talking about a few hypotheticals. They were great to talk to and we look forward to working with them! read more
