This is my second review, 5 years after posting 5 star review of Sky. I had an emergency situation back in October 2022 and Sky was booked up for a week so I went with local plumber, who worked hard but not smart. Local plumber was outrageously expensive because we paid for his not-smart actions ( needlessly digging in yard to find pipes). Hindsight is 20/20 and we should have waited for Sky, who recently came and found where sewage pipes were ( he has latest, modern hardware) and cleaned them out. I don't always give stellar reviews if you check out my various opinions, but Sky is indeed is a knowledgeable, professional and highly recommended plumber who's fair priced. read more

My father had a new washing machine delivered to his home; however, it could not be installed because the plumbing valves were frozen and needed replacement, along with the hoses. I'm sorry I forgot to record the employee's name; he was very prompt and professional, installing high-quality quarter-turn gate valves and new hoses. He even offered to haul away the old machine. Best plumber I ever had. We replaced an outdoor backflow preventer, and arrange a time and date - explained with pictures over sms on the exact problem, and the part that needed to get replaced. He warned ahead of time that those parts would be expensive and gave an estimate as we confirmed the time and date. When I bought my house in San Miguel it was a mess. The plumbing definitely needed help. I called Quality 1st Plumbing and Sky came right over. He changed the fixtures in both bathtubs and sinks and also my kitchen sink. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet with the most reasonable prices. Sky will also tells you what not to do so that you will not cause a problem for yourself in the future.
