We had an issues with the master bath toilet and we have been using the guest bathroom. I thought it was a real pain having only one bathroom, and did complain about it and then Karma came a calling. She was so kind with a great sense of humor, which helped ease the stress. She asked the question, if we knew where the manhole was for the septic. Finding the manhole started a two day ordeal during a historic heatwave with shovels and by the third day a backhoe. Success! You would think calling on a Monday morning would be hard to schedule but Nyla arranged for a truck to be here that afternoon. Nyla sent the nicest driver Robert, who was friendly and knowledgeable and worked aggressively to solve the worst septic tank blockage he had ever seen. He worked diligently and in two hours he had the problem solved. Seriously, Robert was so nice. We needed some extra work done and Robert called first thing this morning with a quote and it was less expensive than our expectations! First time dealing with a septic tank. Spoke with Nyla and she was able to answer all questions I had before service. When Andrew showed up the first time to find and dig up the septic tank lids, he explained everything to me. After finding and digging up the lids they pumped and inspected the tank. Andrew discovered deterioration of some of the tank walls. Explained what needed to be done. We set the appt to have it fixed. They came and cut sections out and re-built the walls that needed to be fixed and installed risers. I sent an email to Alliance and to two other companies requesting a quote and a timeframe to have utilities located on a vacant lot and to have a sewer lateral scoped. I was referred to all three companies by the grading engineer drawing up my grading plan. Alliance was the only company who even responded. When I inquired about their fraudulent charge, the owner shouted at me on the phone and threatened to file a lien on my property (good luck with that in the absence of an agreement or work authorization). Answered all my questions and educated me about the condition of my septic system. No pressure to get a new tank even though Andrew showed me a slight crack in it. Told me to be cautious and to expect to have it replaced soon. Since water wasn't leaching back through the crack, it should last me another couple years. Nyla Was extremely helpful on the phone, answering all the questions I had, and with scheduling the service. Kevin and Jason came out to replace a concrete distribution box that failed from time and decay. The guys were quick at their work, efficient and clean, not to mention friendly too.
