She was so kind with a great sense of humor, which helped ease the stress. She asked the question, if we knew where the manhole was for the septic. Finding the manhole started a two day ordeal during a historic heatwave with shovels and by the third day a backhoe. Success! You would think calling on a Monday morning would be hard to schedule but Nyla arranged for a truck to be here that afternoon. Nyla sent the nicest driver Robert, who was friendly and knowledgeable and worked aggressively to solve the worst septic tank blockage he had ever seen. He worked diligently and in two hours he had the problem solved. Seriously, Robert was so nice. We needed some extra work done and Robert called first thing this morning with a quote and it was less expensive than our expectations!
