Joe came out and removed a reverse osmosis system, hooked up the ice maker and fixed an inoperable faucet. I called and left a message and he called back quickly. He's was pretty booked up so he came out a few days after I called. He was very fast at assessing what needed to be done, mustered the appropriate parts and went to work. This house is old and most people break the plumbing when working on it. Joe didn't, he used his finesse and just like that the job was done. He was so nice he called my mom Mrs. Bennett. This is her house I was just here getting a few things in order. I'm sure she will call him when she has other plumbing needs. Thanks Joe you're a class act and an excellent plumber. read more

We had a Joe come out because we had a leak in our shower. He was prompt, reasonable, and quickly found and fixed the problem. A week later, we had him replace our water heater as it stopped working. Another fantastic reasonable job compared to other plumbers in the area. We highly recommend Joe's Plumbing read more

Here is a 2023 Update - THe worl Joe did on or main line (which was a recurring problem beforew locating Joe) is stillworking GEAT and what a wonderful job! Call Joe - My 5 star review was well earned - Bedt Plumber in AtasCader, Paso, morro bay and Beyond!!!! so-- I'll have to say I really like Joe's Plumbing. Not only did they have the nicest price, but they're just a small guy, how to do a good job, and they do it. I knew exactly where the problem was, as this big ole oak tree gets to looking for water and down there I think there's a spot where that tree is broken in to a rich source. Anyway back to Joe, he was ready to schedule me same day oh, he came out and gently repaired the blockage. And now everything is flowing oh, and that's what you want to hear. I would recommend Joe and his crew they're just playing nice easy to work with, and I like it. I like it. read more

Made an appointment for a service call, but they never showed up. Didn't even get a call from them. Very disappointed.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night and I called around 5:30 in the morning and Joe was so responsive and said he could be out by 8:30! What a relief! Our main line needed to be cut and put back together and he got it all done in 2 hours! I most definitely would recommend this business! Joe is so friendly and conscientious taking his shoes off at the door without being asked before coming in! read more

Arrived promptly; great service & attitude; got the job done fast; reasonably priced. What else could I ask for!

I've used Joe's Plumbing several times now for an assortment of jobs and he's always on time, gets the job done and all for a reasonable price. Will continue to use Joe's Plumbing and recommend them to friends and family. read more

Called Joe today as our shower was clogged and our toilet wouldn't flush and there were strange sounds coming from the pipes. He called back within 5 minutes of me calling and scheduled to come by this afternoon. He was able to come earlier than anticipated and fixed the clog. He also replaced some parts in the toilet that had been running a lot recently. Joe was kind, quick and gave us some helpful suggestions. We have used Joe twice now for various plumbing concerns. He is officially now our go-to plumber. Thanks, Joe! read more

Called them to fix a slow drain. I was given a window of 3-5 pm the next day. I received a call within that window just prior to the arrival of Joe and his assistant Mike. They worked diligently and professionally to resolve the problem. I liked the fact that the owner of the business was on site and working to fix my drain. They tried different approaches to clear the drain and were successful in removing a wad of hair. The price for their work was reasonable and I was very satisfied with the outcome. read more

When i have a problem Joe helps me fix it for a cheap price I recommend Joe's plumbing nice service

This man is not only exceptional with his analysis of our plumbing problem, but he is just a real nice person too. He came twice, waited a few days between visits for parts to come then explained why he thought it was one thing while we thought another, he was right. And he loved our pup climbing all over him under the sink. Call him, he is very quick to return your call. read more

I called at 8:00 am with a leaking propane water heater and a dead water softener. Joe and Paul came out at 12:30 and worked hard to get it done. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Joe's Plumbing, I highly recommend them. read more

I have a 105 year old colony home. I run a plumbing snake through the main drain 3 or 4 times a year to keep it from clogging. I lost the cutter in the line. I called Joe's Plumbing. Joe and Mike were able to come by that afternoon and run a camera through the line and locate the cutter. Joe, Mike, and Paul came out midday the next day, dug the location, cut the pipe, retrieved the cutter, replaced the cut pipe with a handy clean out, and finished scoping the line with camera. I was relieved to find out that my line is in very good condition except for a spot about three foot long. I have been snaking my line out 3 or 4 times a year for the last 19 years because of a bad spot a few feet long. I highly recommend Joe and his crew. read more

I called last week to get a proposal from Joe's. We set an appointment for the following day, a 2 hour window. My son waited for hours. I called and texted Joe's several times and they never returned my calls or messages. I was shocked after seeing so many good reviews. It's not that hard to do the courtesy of calling to say they got busy and can't make it. So unprofessional, had to look elsewhere. Just be forewarned they may have no respect for you or your time if you call them, and even if you think you have an appointment, you can be disappointed. read more

We have had Joe out a few times. He is always super fair with his pricing and really hustles to get the work done in a timely manner. Our contractor was so impressed with Joe's work that he now uses Joe too. A really nice guy who does quality work at a fair price...doesn't get any better! read more

Highly recommend! Joe came out to clear a clogged pipe and was friendly, informative, and extremely efficient. He took the time to explain what I can do to prevent issues in the future and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Being considered a senior citizen by some, I have dealt with many plumbers in my adult life. Today I had a unique experience that left me feeling that I have found the professional plumber that will handle my plumbing requirements as long as I have them in my lifetime. Joe is an artist with what he does. He has an understanding of what happens with plumbing circumstances that I can truthfully say I have never encountered. The amazing part, he applies it, he fixes things in record time, and he teaches what he knows so you are empowered to maintain your own equipment until he needs to make a maintenance call. This man is inspired. Add to that his wife Jocelyn, who keeps his schedule humming. Bottom line, his prices are better than anyone's, he knows more than any plumber I have encountered, and he won't do anything that doesn't need doing. How long has it been since you found someone like this? Go with Joe. You won't be disappointed. And you'll learn good stuff in the process. Thankyou Joe and Jocelyn. read more

Joe did a great job today. My hot water heater went out. He answered my call first thing this morning and was able to stop by my house first thing to drain the water heater and give me an estimate of my options. He left for a bit to pick up my water heater and tend to another client he'd already scheduled with (I appreciated that he kept his commitments to them as well as helping me out). He was back mid-morning and had the new water heater hooked up in no time. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions and walked me through some basic water heater maintenance that no one had ever explained before. I appreciate skilled local professionals. Joe fits that bill. Thank you Joe!! read more

Joe answered my call, and was over here to look at the water heater replacement job within an hour. We scheduled it, and he performed the somewhat complicated replacement in short order. The total cost of his work was significantly less than another bid that I had. I found him to be courteous and spot on with his work. I will not hesitate to call him again in the future. read more

We are new to the area and Joe came highly recommended from a local plumbing supply in town. We called him and he came out and did maintenance on our tankless water heater. Joe was punctual and knowledgeable about the system we had. He took the time to trouble shoot some issues we were having with the instant hot water. I have already recommended him to neighbors. read more

Joe has replaced 3 water heaters for us in the past 3 months, he's honest and very reasonable. Better than Ben franklins, they were gonna charge me $4000 in labor alone, and joe did it for a fraction of that read more

I called Joe based solely on these yelp reviews and don't regret it one bit. He came out to our house the same day to take a look at what we needed, got us a quote and came back less than a week later to do the job. We had a tankless water heater installed and had some plumbing in our kitchen moved to a new spot. Joe was professional and we felt like his pricing was great, we would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs. read more

Joe is professional, thorough and highly knowledgeable with extremely reasonable prices. My "go to" plumber didn't have time to come out for what I considered to be an urgent issue but Joe was here in 20 minutes. I thought we had a blocked line backing up into the house and yard but he found it was actually a septic tank issue that required a septic company. Joe was honest, tested the lines in our home which were clear and suggested several companies who would be able to do the work needed. Joe is our new "Go To" plumber. read more

Joe is one of the good guys. I bought a cheap water filter system which Joe installed and it leaked and broke. He came back three times to try to fix it, but it was just a piece of junk. I got a different system which he came back to install and removed the piece of junk. It works great. He always answers his phone and he always shows up. He's a local too, which is nice. Thanks Joe and Mike for your work. read more

Had an emergency at my home, main pipe had busted. Joe arrived within 15 minutes. He fixed my pipe in a short amount of time. I had called other plumbing services prior to calling Joe and was told they had no availability for several days or had to be seen later in the day in what they considered "after hours" and would have been charged double. Was charged $120 to fix my pipe which is less than half of what I was quoted by the other plumbers. He even had put other jobs on hold to fix my emergency. I'd give more stars if I could. Will definitely be my go to plumber over any other company around. read more
