Stopped into this location to ask about their new internet service and ended up walking out of this location with my new internet. The staff members were great who were helping me and went above and beyond to get me the services that I needed. I was kind of hesitant and honestly didn't think that I would be able to get their internet service because I live way outside of town. To my surprise I've had the internet service for about 2 months now and it works absolutely amazing for only $50 a month. I would recommend everybody to get this internet because if it works so amazingly here out at my house in middle of nowhere I know it would work way better in a civilized busy town. The best part about this internet and not just the price is the fact that I can literally take it anywhere with me and have working internet. I travel a lot for work so this will be a great addition when I at a hotel, traveling in my car, anywhere I would need internet I have it with me. read more

She also told me that all my information transfer to my new phone. My calendar information did not transfer which was very important. Was lost. She didn't say anything about trading my old phone, but I had important information on my phone. I asked her about my old phone, she said it was a trade in, I told her no, she didn't Mention anything about trading my phone. She refused to give me my phone back. The new phone did not require a trade in. She offer a pad for $10 per month also. After she done the paperwork for the new phone, she said the pad was going to be $80 per month because I have a 55 and over plan. she was not able to give me the pad for $10. I wanted a home Internet tower for my mother's house. But they didn't have Internet tower in my mother's area. The woman told me to take the tower to my house, active, than take the tower to my mother's house. I told her that's fraud. She said that they do that all the time. I just need my old phone return. Stop taking advantage of people. You need to be closed down by corp for scamming people.

I received quotes from folks with different ideas ranging from around $5k for replacement to over $35k to excavate under the house and replace the old one. Richard was on the lower end of that range and I could tell he'd been in business for a long time and knew what he was talking about, so that's who I went with. I couldn't be happier given the circumstances. They rigged it up where it would work the next day until they could complete the project. They did a fantastic job. From the trenching to the plumbing and even the landscaping afterwards turned out better than I expected. These are good folks doing good work at a fair price.
