Cricket service is the same as AT&T. The customer service however is terrible! Its a bunch of kids…read morethat dont know what they are doing and when you call service using 611 they have no idea what they are doing either! Service tells you to take a SIM card to the store for a refund and the store tells you they cant do it because its an online order... so i had to call 611 again and yet again they tell me to take it to the store because the store should be able to refund the money to my account or back to my card. They are a bunch of imbeciles! Also they have an order in which you have to activate new lines... I ordered a new phone for my husband and was going to bring my mother over to my plan as well, however because my husband is out of town we are having to wait for him to come back so he can activate his new phone which means (for whatever reason) that i can activate my mother onto my plan until my husband activates his new phone! So basically i wasted money buying a SIM card to activate a new line! I HATE dealing with cricket and if it wasn't for the price (which i guess cheap prices mean shitty customer service).

With an earbud still inserted in one ear, she asked what I needed. I explained and was immediately told that wasn't possible. I was told I didn't need to turn in my phone and demanded proof from AT&T asking for the phone. I suggested she take my phone number and look at the account. She refused and claimed it wasn't possible. I left the store, went 5 min down the road to another AT&T store and completed my business in less than 5 min. Incompetence, Rudeness, Unhelpful.
