Cricket service is the same as AT&T. The customer service however is terrible! Service tells you to take a SIM card to the store for a refund and the store tells you they cant do it because its an online order... so i had to call 611 again and yet again they tell me to take it to the store because the store should be able to refund the money to my account or back to my card. They are a bunch of imbeciles! Also they have an order in which you have to activate new lines... I ordered a new phone for my husband and was going to bring my mother over to my plan as well, however because my husband is out of town we are having to wait for him to come back so he can activate his new phone which means (for whatever reason) that i can activate my mother onto my plan until my husband activates his new phone! So basically i wasted money buying a SIM card to activate a new line! I HATE dealing with cricket and if it wasn't for the price (which i guess cheap prices mean shitty customer service).

Had issues getting wifi, blue tooth, and carplay to work without re-hard starting. I went back to visit with them on issues. He took phone to the back for a very short period and came back front saying nothing wad wrong showing me wifi was working. aftet I left I continued to have the same issues. the following weekend phone shut down and restart about every 3 minutes. I shut the phone off for a while. when I went to turn the phone back on, the display stayed blank. After several hard starts was finally able to view the screen again. To sum this up it cost me another $600 to replace the phone.
