My father…read moresuddenly and unexpectedly passed in an accident, so none of us were mentally prepared to be planning his services just days later. What made our experience so special at Rader was the coordinator/director that we were paired with, Leward. We came to the funeral home for the first time to view my father's body and to meet with Leward about arrangements and getting paperwork signed. He was able to read the room perfectly. We were all extremely overwhelmed considering we were all in shock, but he guided us with compassion and patience. He explained every step of the process clearly and slowly. He even made us crack a smile or giggle when appropriate. He did not aggressively push any of the funeral home's services or products on us. We explained that we wanted a celebration of life at our home, and he understood and helped us determine what additional support we would need for the event. He texted us to check in on us leading up to, and even after, the celebration, and assured us that he was there if we needed anything. It was extremely special to have the support and kindness of Rader, and specifically Leward, during the most difficult time of our lives. He made the whole process simple and pleasant. My family is incredibly grateful for our experience at Rader Funeral Home and recommend it to anyone that is looking for comfort and support when a loved one passes.

They responded back the same day and set up a time to come look at the house and give us a quote. He came out on Thursday and said he would call us on Friday with a quote. Wife and I had agreed we were going to use them, just wait and hear back. Friday came and went with no call. I waited until Saturday and nothing. I emailed the guy that came out to our house. Nothing. I then emailed the owner. Nothing. On Sunday, our moving company called and I explained I had not heard back from packers. He said he would call them. A few hours later, the owner responded with an email asking if we ever heard from the worker that came to our house. The owner explained he was out of town with a sick family member. I responded back that I understood completely but would love to get the quote back and get busy since our move was happening in a couple of days. No response again, from anyone. So we decided at last minute to pack our house and get it ready in two days! Communication has been horrible. The owner seems like a good guy and I understand he has a sick family member. But this is more about his worker that came out and never responded back. It has now been 4 days and we move in 24 hours.

Original quote was no more than half a day (which I thought was a stretch). They charge by the hour. They arrived at the storage unit at 10:00am. One star is a stretch....but the two young men that loaded and unload were nice guys. AND they called when they were on their way and were on time. ONLY positives.

If you live in Holly Lake Ranch you know how hard it can be to get someone to come give service same day. Jordan asked me the right questions to find what solution would be best for my family and situation. I have 6 girls in the home, and we had to always be very strategic about showers and have a 10 minute maximum. NOT ANYMORE!! Jordan recommended a tankless water, That way we don't ever have to worry about running out of hot water ever again. I wanted to give it a week before writing this review to really make sure everything works as promised and I couldn't be happier. I am so glad Jordan came to my home and listened to my needs. If he didn't go out of his way to really talk to me about my situation, I would have just ended up with a normal tank water heater. Thank you so much Jordan and Legacy Flow Plumbing!!
