Trouble is, the flickering continued when the washer was not even at the house. Fast forward several weeks. Problem with stove, which revealed a bad breaker. Breaker replaced, no more flickering. I am being nice when i assume this is a case of laziness not incompetence. Dont call this company, they will not stand by their work.

In February it quit working altogether. It has not worked at all for the past SIX MONTHS. Generac has sent out another contractor to try to fix it. They are having trouble because it was not wired correctly and they cannot figure out what Mr. Hogg did. He put some things in series which should have been in parallel. He also used 3 PV links when they say it needed at least 6. Plus those PV links were put under the solar panels, between the roof shingles and the panels where they would get hotter, when they should have been out in the open so they could "breath." Mr. Hogg often would often ignore calls, and always made excuses for why work was not timely. He said he still had work to do, then later claimed he was finished when he could not get someone to help him.. He basically quit in the middle of the job, after getting paid, leaving Generac holding the bag when he said it should be covered under the warrantee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. NOT RELIABLE, HONEST, OR TRUSTWORTY!

The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00. Not to mention the job turned out to NOT be a 2400.00 job like they estimated. I would have much rather paid by the hour. Live and learn.
