It's not the fact they could not repair or fix them it is the fact that my burners have been there now for 3 months an they have not yet once called me to tell me they can't fix them. The first time I called I was told it would be 2 weeks before the could look at it (this was 2 weeks after I dropped the unit off) I called a month later an he said he had looked at it but couldn't give me any answers an to call him in a week or so. I called him two weeks later an he said he would try an gut the unit an rebuild. My last call was today an the told me there's nothing they can do an to come pick my unit up. It does not take 3 months to figure out you can't do anything with something. An the lack of communication was worse then I've ever seen.

Richard was on the lower end of that range and I could tell he'd been in business for a long time and knew what he was talking about, so that's who I went with. I couldn't be happier given the circumstances. They rigged it up where it would work the next day until they could complete the project. They did a fantastic job. The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00. Not to mention the job turned out to NOT be a 2400.00 job like they estimated. I would have much rather paid by the hour. Live and learn.
