There has been a lack of communication, not with 1st Rate Appliance, but with American Home Shield who failed to contact me with updates. I hope this is resolved, but I have absolutely no complaint with 1st rate Appliance Repair. Any miscommunication has been with American Home Shield, not them. 1st rate Appliance Repair has been excellent and, in fact, did the oven repair last year.

Then I asked him about my upright freezer that had problems, and my other refrigerator that the ice maker was not working and the refrigerator in my shop that had ice maker problems. He looked at all of them right then and made a parts list. Within 7 days he had all of the parts he needed and call Ed to schedule a time to come and install them. Before, my washer would try to walk a full foot across the floor if I dared to wash just one sheet - like it was training for the Olympics. The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00.
