The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00. It's not the fact they could not repair or fix them it is the fact that my burners have been there now for 3 months an they have not yet once called me to tell me they can't fix them. The first time I called I was told it would be 2 weeks before the could look at it (this was 2 weeks after I dropped the unit off) I called a month later an he said he had looked at it but couldn't give me any answers an to call him in a week or so. Then I asked him about my upright freezer that had problems, and my other refrigerator that the ice maker was not working and the refrigerator in my shop that had ice maker problems. He looked at all of them right then and made a parts list. Within 7 days he had all of the parts he needed and call Ed to schedule a time to come and install them. Again he was on time and got right to work. His bill was very reasonable considering the work he had done. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Seaman Appliance Repair to anyone.
