He would only accept check for $384.50. He said he would get board overnight express order. He had me out Clarissa Cruz on check his girl friend. Then in the next text it was 2 days, then later it was 5 days. then he stop communicating about his return to fix refrigerator. I finally went down after 12 days and reported to police. my son fixed my refrigerator without tools by restarting a couple times. it needed no parts. I was scammed. They were paid over two hundred dollars for the service call to repair the locking mechanism on my washer and the part that had to be ordered. They left with the broken part and the screws to mount it. I was informed they would return on Monday. They never returned, no call and no show. All calls to them were ignored and eventually they blocked my calls and text messages. This Company is crooked & cheated me out of $285.00. Anthony Wiley came to our home on 11/27/24 to repair double wall oven. He did not appear to know what he was doing! He took apart oven with a phillips screwdriver & also used it as a pry-bar. He took out upper thermostat , said he would have to order one. He returned 5 days later with wrong style thermostat. He drilled new holes to make it fit, but when he went to put knob on it didn't fit. He said he had to order new knob. He never returned even though we paid in full. Wife talked to a Clarissa Cruz who said Anthony was in jail and she didn't have another repairman.
