It took a week to get an appointment in the first place. The kid he sent out charged me $80, then the owner sent an angry email about paying my taxes for me. For whatever reason being 29 with 3 kids means you can't be immature or have no idea what you're doing. Maybe he should train his employees to know what they're doing *and* charge the correct amount. Absolute worst. Youtube tutorials and manuals & appliancepartspros.com is going to be a lot better, less hassle, no days taken off work to accommodate them, no mansplaining, and no $80 charge for nothing

Couldn't fix or repair two gas burners…read more However. It's not the fact they could not repair or fix them it is the fact that my burners have been there now for 3 months an they have not yet once called me to tell me they can't fix them. The first time I called I was told it would be 2 weeks before the could look at it (this was 2 weeks after I dropped the unit off) I called a month later an he said he had looked at it but couldn't give me any answers an to call him in a week or so. I called him two weeks later an he said he would try an gut the unit an rebuild. My last call was today an the told me there's nothing they can do an to come pick my unit up. It does not take 3 months to figure out you can't do anything with something. An the lack of communication was worse then I've ever seen.

If you read enough of the reviews, I want the "goods". Good service, good price, good product, good installation, etc. These guys deliver the goods consistently. I have to mention this to lead into the decision making process. Like most, I shop around looking for "goods". However, when Brian came up with a price in our range, we were done. We saved for this, but when he offered a great price and went over the unit, we bought it. There was no shopping around. I am almost embarrassed to admit that.
