He also checked out the other side and is going to give us an estimate on replacing the unit on that side/half of our house. And his charge was $175.00 for everything he did. The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00. Not to mention the job turned out to NOT be a 2400.00 job like they estimated. I would have much rather paid by the hour. Live and learn.

Then I asked him about my upright freezer that had problems, and my other refrigerator that the ice maker was not working and the refrigerator in my shop that had ice maker problems. He looked at all of them right then and made a parts list. Within 7 days he had all of the parts he needed and call Ed to schedule a time to come and install them.
