I opened email and it said it is a contract and I was supposed to agree to service exclusions that meant all the pests I need taken care of were exclusions, which meant I would have to pay extra for what I needed, so my husband called Lance back just to ask basic questions, and he rudely said we were asking too many questions, that he was going to have to walk away from helping us. Anyway, I notified my landlord, and she called here and asked when was the earliest she could come. She told her she was headed that way and she could come spray in about 15 minutes, which was awesome. The lady, who I believe is named Mrs. Olivia Waggoner, was very prompt and courteous. She sprayed and put roach bait paste by my hinges in the kitchen area. She explained to me that the roaches eat that and take it back with them to their habitat, and it wipes them out. She sprayed other locations in my house (baseboards) and she told me to call back in a week or ten days if I still saw a problem. I plan to do just that. I will update this review as needed. The only reason it is not at a 5 is because I have to see what will happen within this next week/ ten days. Overall, the experience was a good one Day 5 of 7: I've seen three roaches today. One in the kitchen (the only place I've ever seen them) and two other places in the house. They didn't look affected by any treatment, but this is just an update. I'll give it a few more days. Day 11- roach in the bathroom this morning. A big one at that. I will be calling tomorrow for a spray tomorrow. Update : this is like day 15ish ? I had them come spray again. He was courteous. He sprayed the house for spiders, roaches, and silverfish- because those were the problems I've seen. The following day I saw a big roach in the bathroom. He was moving slowly. He did not spray at all in the problem areas in my yard. I called that day to complain and had to leave a message, asked for them to call me so we could discuss the issue. The company never returned my call. They sent the same tech out the next day without letting me know. So, supposedly my yard was sprayed twice. We started getting bit by mosquitos the next day. Be aware they will charge you for service not delivered!! The heart of the matter is trust. 90% of the time they come when no one is home to spray, can they be trusted? Not if this guy is on the job. My neighbor hired this company and they have been spraying against EPA regulations (spraying above…read more10 mph winds) and spraying our trees and property along with it. My neighbors won't do anything to stop it so when we try to call in and see what can be done they immediately start yelling at us and threatening us. When the guy came out a second time my husband went over onto the easement (private road) to ask if he would not spray our property, all he could say is that he was doing what he is told to spray even though he is spraying trees that are at least 10 ft from the fence line. My husband called the cops they admitted that he was spraying our property, but when the cop talked to the spray guy he lied to the cop saying my husband tried to hustle him and threaten him and my husband does not have this in his nature. I am very sensitive to the stuff they are spray and have already visited the doctor once from the first time they sprayed and cannot live in my home for a few days and then have to wear a mask for a week in a half outside my home. All I want is for them not to spray my yard and trees so I can enjoy my property too! I don't have a bug problem like my neighbors apparently do, so please stop!!!
