my initial contact with them I thought I was getting a lot more than I was for the money I was…read morepaying. However, Chris Landry came in and explained everything and helped me understand a lot more than I did! He was very helpful and the service started and I saw a big difference. but 2 months in, yes only 2 months, I had another company come saying a lot of things that I loved to hear... lower prices... more services.... But they called and cancelled my orkin service for me.... And Chris called me back to make sure and the other guy was still here and answered. but When the man came to start my service we talked and I said "heck no". The prices were not way lower and the extra treatment for fleas and ticks that were "included" in the basic package, was not. That was even more of a charge. So I did not start with them. And I have reached back out to orkin and Chris Landry seeing what we can do to restart my service with them. He did say he could get me a free service or lower prices we will just have to see. I have never gotten pest control service before and I sure won't make the mistake of thinking or believing the grass is greener on the other side! lol. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!! thank you Chris Landry.
