I told him I lost my niece a few days ago. He said I didn't have to worry. They would off pay me breaking the contract with Romex. I will take responsibility for not sticking to my no. I was not emotionally nor in the right headspace. I just wanted him gone to I signed up. Romex informed me that my contract was never canceled. They took me to collections because I wasn't going to pay. When I notified the company I spoke with Casey. He advised me to pay my bill with Romex. He told me Connor was my sales rep & he was unable to give me Connor phone number. This company lacks integrity. Take your business elsewhere.

I employed ABC for mole removal for my front and backyard. They were good as far as showing up and…read moredoing the service, friendly technicians ect. The problem was that I spent about $1000 up front for their mole treatment package that was totally infective. None of their visits/treatment made any noticeable difference in the amount of mole hills all over the yard. When I called their customer service and told them this, they offered to send the technician out in between his next visit, and I specifically asked if I would be charged extra for this and they said no. So he came and did the treatment, and like a few weeks later they send me another bill for $150. I called up customers service and asked why they lied to me but no luck getting any help, so I canceled everything. I should take them to small claims court. They are a scam.
