Today's appointment arrived and once again, no one showed up at our house. I called and the receptionist said we were not on the schedule for an appointment today (probably due to a mistake on her part), and the earliest they could come would be next Wednesday or Thursday. The weird part was that she knew about our specific service requests and had even assigned a specific employee to our appointment, yet we weren't anywhere on the schedule... I understand that people make mistakes, but I was disappointed that there wasn't any effort to try to get us in earlier on the schedule when I had moved my schedule around to be home for two different appointments, and no one showed.
