I asked him several questions because I had talked to other pest control services before that pushed certain services. Scott gave me his honest opinion and told me they were not necessary. It was after lunch when I called Mr Tettenhorst & he said he had some men working in Alto. Ok, 30 minutes later a young man called & said they should arrive in About 45 mins. Two Extremely nice young men arrived & tried to fixed the leak by tightening the valve. I noticed they were hanging around after they tightened it. I asked were they waiting on something. Yes, ma'am we are waiting to see if what we did stopped the leak. After a few more minutes we all went & found it was still leaking. It was time for me to replace. I asked if they could order one & when could it be put in. Within 1 hour the truck delivered my new water heater on Friday afternoon before New Year's Eve!! The old one was in a small space in a closet. Those men made very little noise or mess taking it out or putting in my new one!! I applaud the two young men for their professionalism & kindness.
