I have used Lane Pest Control several times. They have always done a great job. However when Todd comes out to spray, he does an excellent job! Takes his time and sprays around the perimeter of the inside of the house and thoroughly sprays the outside. He always asks what kind of bugs we are having problems with. Nice people but we started seeing roaches after we switched to them and continued to see bugs even though Lanes was coming as scheduled. They recently changed their billing system and are not trying to charge me $300 of back pay because their system wasnt processing. Combine the billing issue with subpar bug control and I'm done. read more

Original review (6/24/21)*** I made an appointment for services last Thursday morning at 10am and when no one showed up, I called in at 10:30am inquiring about David's estimated arrival time to spray the house. The receptionist said the appointment was actually scheduled for the following Thursday at 10am. I know I had the date right, but let it go since it could have been a miscommunication. Today's appointment arrived and once again, no one showed up at our house. I called and the receptionist said we were not on the schedule for an appointment today (probably due to a mistake on her part), and the earliest they could come would be next Wednesday or Thursday. The weird part was that she knew about our specific service requests and had even assigned a specific employee to our appointment, yet we weren't anywhere on the schedule... I understand that people make mistakes, but I was disappointed that there wasn't any effort to try to get us in earlier on the schedule when I had moved my schedule around to be home for two different appointments, and no one showed. read more

had Lane Pest Control out to my home to get rid of some bees that had taken up residence in the eve of a dormer on my roof. After paying $95, I still have bees. I called less than six months from their visit, because I am a truck driver and rarely am I home during the week. I am told I have to pay $95 again for them to come out to do the job that was never done to begin with. To me, it says alot about a company that doesn't take care of the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LANE PEST CONTROL. If you have pests then Lane is not the Company to use. read more

I learned recently I had termites when I had foundation work done. One of the contractors who worked on my foundation told me he'd paid for a termite bait treatment and 6 months later stepped through his bathroom floor, which was eaten up by live termites. He said the baits had not been touched, so he didn't recommend baits. My neighbor (4 yrs ago) & a friend (February 2020) both had termite treatments performed by Lane of the trenching/spraying variety. These people are happy with Lane's work. Sadly, Lane has gone to a bait treatment and *say* they can't perform a trench/spray treatment because Mr. Lane is the ONLY one who can do this; however, the company says Lane was hurt falling off a porch so he can't crawl under my house. (You would think Lane would have other techs who could do this???) Frankly, I don't know if I believe them, but I have no choice but to go with a different company. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be using Lane again. read more
