I opened email and it said it is a contract and I was supposed to agree to service exclusions that meant all the pests I need taken care of were exclusions, which meant I would have to pay extra for what I needed, so my husband called Lance back just to ask basic questions, and he rudely said we were asking too many questions, that he was going to have to walk away from helping us.
