Was scheduled for service for 3/02, On 1/15 agent showed up unannounced; we were leaving and could not stay; told him to return 3/02 as scheduled. Was called on 2/21; confirmed 3/02 service date. My husband I have spent two months and countless hours calling and talking to numerous individuals with this company. We repeatedly have been scheduled and billed for services we didn't request. They illegally billed our account for approximately 500.00 17 days ago and we continue to be told by Mark (the local owner/manager) that he is "looking into it" and that a refund will be posted, only to call days later and be told the exact same thing. These people are 100% crooked! My advice - run and don't look back! read more

Complete scam! I work for a bank, and we have people doing stop payments for them consistently because there being charged unnecessary fees. It seems like it's always elderly people too, this company is preying on the elderly. You do not need to sign a contract, there tons of other pest control companies in the area that will not charge you these insane rates. Terminix tried 5 times in one day to take funds out of an account.... if they don't have the money terminix should not continually try to take their last dime. read more

Terrible customer service, terrible product, Terminix does not even seem care. On day 1 Terminix will show up at your house, they will have about 3 vehicles onsite. They will talk clearly and effectively, they will dazzle you with their offerings, bug killing patented-technology, personality and manpower but after that not so much-all you will hear is crickets. After many months of so called service we have been seeing more weird bugs, roaches, and are still noticing signs of healthy termite colonies. The Terminix technician that was working on my house was too lazy to spray/dust under my house. The technician refused to do his job so I called him and I tried to get him to spray under my house for 2 months. He told me to get the extension cord ready and then he could do his job, there was a plug 15 feet away. Once we decided to terminate Terminix the manager guy nearly stalked my wife to get her to schedule and resume work, my wife had to block his calls, he has even shown up unscheduled and unannounced at our front door. I spoke with the manager about their lazy worker, and the fact that we are seeing more bugs, and how dissatisfied we are with Terminix, he blew me off and never addressed our concerns. read more

You call a local number but the call is picked up by a call center states away . They don't show up, they don't call, they get messages wrong. I've paid into this company around ten years and finally I get termites and I get the run around. This is not the first time I've called them with an issue I would like them to check out. Each time there are problems. I have tolerated it enough. Please go with a local company that you can speak with and communicate your concerns with and a company that actually comes out when they say they will. read more

Purchased a new property that had been abandoned. It's a fixer ... the technician showed up and it was raining. Hey it's nature and here in Texas it needs to rain. I paid almost $200 for outdoor service. I asked the tech to pay special attention to the back room where I'm performing construction. I specifically paid for millipede service. We'll if I got spray outside in the rain I'm sure it didn't stick. And the millipedes I hate those things please come kill them. read more

Subsequent to my previous review, someone from Terminix called my house and spoke to my Husband. They agreed on a service date for March 13, 2018 between the hours of 3 and 5. When I looked at my account they had moved the appointment to March 31st, again without communicating this change to us. I called Customer Service and while the Agent was very appologetic and promised me a phone call from his supervisor I have not heard from them. The Pest Control side of their operation is always on time but the Termite side needs MUCH improvement. read more

First, they were on time for our appointment and very courteous. Second, they offer competitive pricing. Third, they were able to get me on their schedule within days. Prices are reasonable, treatments are effective, and scheduling is a breeze. What more could you ask for? Polite, courteous, thorough and stands behind their work. After they came there's been no roaches, no spiders, and with my package, if the bugs return in 90 days, they'll come out and treat again for free. read more

i have been using Terminix for 3 yrs. They excluded my home for rodents. It was clear early on that they were short on staff our Technician would come later in the evening than planned etc. We have had some success, but the rodents would keep returning. Although it has been frustrating, I can tell that Terminix is getting much better. Their customer service is excellent the people who answer their phone are very courteous and the last technician that came was thorough and did a great job I think they are definitely improving and I appreciate their service. This happens to organizations all the time, and I am glad to see terminix improving now. I am hopeful with more staff and clearly the better training that Terminix will continue to be a good company. read more

We paid for a rodent removal for my 90 year old mother and they could not get the animal out. They put a sticky trap in and came back a week later, but could not get the dead animal out. They said they would come back with a different machine, but never did. They left the dead animal to rot in my mothers attic. They called to see how our service was and I told them how bad it was and that the service was not even completed why would they close the ticket. My husband had to crawl up in the attic and get the dead animal out.. I complained on the website and corporate contacted me and said they had reached out to the local Tyler, Texas branch but no response was received. I would not recommend. read more

For one thing my name is wrong on the bill after giving them the correct spelling. Scheduled a date for them to come and to call before coming. They came did the outside only, did not know they had come by till I got home and then they called wanting full payment of services not done. Sooooo disappointing, need better communication with your customers guys. Let the truth be known I should only pay for half done service. read more

Used to be a customer years ago, just called to have a rental property's interior sprayed (one-time) and was quoted $249. I laughed and hung up. I'll be searching for someone local who is far more reasonable. read more

The only reason I use Terminix is because of Billy Taylor - The service he gives is beyond exceptional.

I have used Terminex for many years only because they have provided good reliable pest control,recently moved to new home and after two services it seems this will still be the case.Any issues after my regular service although rare have always been handled no questions asked.Thats why I'm still a customer! read more
