We recently discovered a serious issue in our home involving both termites and carpenter ants. What started as a small, damp spot in a spare bedroom turned out to be a much larger problem that had likely been developing unnoticed for quite some time. To say we were overwhelmed would be an understatement--especially as I had just undergone major lung cancer surgery and we were already dealing with recovery and mounting medical bills. From the moment Garrett came out to inspect the situation, we knew we were in good hands. He quickly and confidently identified the problem and took the time to explain everything to us in a way we could understand, thus giving us so much peace of mind. What truly set him apart, though, was his compassion and willingness to help. Despite having a full schedule, he made room to come back within just a couple of days to begin treatment.
