I appreciate that they reached out to me and will contact them directly in the event I need another arrangement. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my father and paid over $100, I paid extra to ensure delivery on a Friday morning prior to noon. The funeral home contacted me the Monday before and told me the flowers had arrived that morning, obviously they would not last till Friday. I contacted the flower cottage and they said they would make it right. On Friday when I arrived for the service the arrangement was nothing like I ordered as you can see from the photos. I also paid extra for a ribbon with "Dad" on it, had I known they were simply going to write it in marker I would have purchased my own. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will never use or recommend the flower cottage again.

I sent him several images of interest from Pinterest, and he sent me a proposal outlining exactly what flowers would be used for each piece. I was still very concerned about the arch display and whether it would look too small (because of the great price) or how it would come out and it was beautiful and full of flowers!! My bridal bouquet was stunning and received so many compliments, and the bridesmaids bouquets were similarly beautiful!! I even sent off many of the flowers for preservation, I loved them so much!
