My impression of the The Big Screen Store (Fredericksburg) is top notch. There was no pressure sales tactics or up-selling to a more expensive model. I truly appreciated their honesty. They even went as far as to check their competition to ensure I was getting the best price.... and I did. A month after my research... I purchased my 55" curved Samsung TV and I bought the floor model. I took my time examining it. I have never been more than happy with it. They did mention they also have surround sound equipment as well. I asked about Samsung and demonstrated the unit and did show me the Bose. I was hooked on the Bose. But it was not in my budget at the time. About 6 months later I did go back to purchase the Bose Sound Bar. I could have gone anywhere to get... even down the street to Costco. I chose to come back and buy from these guys. I also chose the Fredericksburg location over Fairfax. That says a lot when I drove further away because I felt valued. I will continue to going to the Fredericksburg location for my A/V needs. read more

He is extremely knowledgeable, can translate technical information into easily understood concepts, and demonstrates a real commitment to customer service. He exceeded our expectations and went way above and beyond when he came to our home and actually fixed a problem which representatives from a well known box store 'fixed' with what they made clear was only a "temporary Band-Aid". When a secondary problem arose, as a result of the 'fix' by the box store representatives, he reviewed documentation online rather than just wing it to make sure the problem was resolved correctly. I bought a 65" Samsung from the BSS in Fredericksburg in 2017. Best TV I ever had. 240 refresh rate, it was perfect. Bought a 2 year warranty beyond the manufacturers warranty of one year. Well, my TV went out, two weeks before the SuperBowl! Didn't work tried everything! Warranty company determine dad it needed a complete repair a new everything. I was patient I waited to see it being repaired. Before I knew it I got a call from the big screen store and Corrie. He sold me the TV and said that they were going to replace it with a new one. Awesome end to end buying and setup experience!. I called Jason at the store and he coached me between two choices of TVs. Then took my order over the phone. Gave me the best price on the market and an awesome warranty package as well. Two days later, the delivery team showed up, right on schedule, unpacked my TV and plugged it in to verify it was in perfect working condition, all within about 15 minutes and even took away the leftover box! The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The price of the TV I selected, including taxes and delivery was over $100 cheaper than the alternative sellers' price for the set alone. These included Best Buy and Amazon. Delivery was on the date and time I was told and the personnel set the TV up and took the packaging away. They were very professional and careful in the house so as not to damage or dirty any furniture or the flooring. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again. read more
