    Welppp, I did a thing. I've been with Verizon since 2009. I switched to T-Mobile, and with my current plan, I'm saving over $100 per month, plus I get free in-flight WiFi, free Netflix, and Apple TV, and they're paying off $800 of my phone's cost, per line! They have more service coverage, including satellite phone service for dead zones ($10 more per month - not bad!). I have a clear phone signal in my house, where before it was super spotty. My 5G even works in my apartment without my WiFi even being on, which has never happened. Trent, the sales guy, went above and beyond, and helped me get all of the out of state folks on my plan switched over to T-Mobile. I'm super happy so far, and so is everyone else on my plan who are also noticing a difference.

    This review is not against a particular store, but against T-Mobile service or lack of service. This all started two months ago when I mistakenly paid my bill online and gave T-Mobile $1,900 instead of the $55 I owed. Since then I've been trying to get them to refund me $1,700 of it to no avail. It went from, yes we'll get it to you in 7 - 10 days. When it never was returned I called back and we went round and round all the way up the change of command. I've made at least 12 phone calls and spent at least ten hours on my phone. I even talked to one manager who said that the note now said, "on May 7th, it states we never received $1,900." After getting to a higher manager, he some how found that I did over pay them the $1,900 and he would start the process again. Now two months later, they say that they can't pay me back at all. Apparently the system will not allow it. So I asked, if I leave T-Mobile would I get paid back by check, he said yes. So now I'm leaving them for another company. But it gets better, I can't use the new iPhone SE due to they can't unlock it for me since I have not had it for more than forty days. So now I have to wait two weeks before they will unlock it for me to go to another company. Beware of T-Mobile. I live a few blocks from this store and barely get two bars on my phone and forget about heading north for much service.

    I need a Yelptician. It's my 200th review and I've become a Yelpaholic. I even got a new phone so I'd get all my Yelp notifications properly cuz the app was trippin' on my Samsung cellosaurus. T-Mobile take me awaaaay! Huh? Streaming videos without using my data plan?! Are you serial? AND I can go on Yelp all day and iHeart Radio still without using my unlimited data?! I think I'm being swept off my feet :-D They're hiring!!! When I walked in 3 sales reps on the floor plus 1 customer relations rep - Chad doing check ins, managing the scattered line, and answering questions; also preparing the set up of service plans as much as possible to assist sales reps. He took care of mine. Although the wait was super long with many customers, he helped make my transaction process quicker, by the time it was my turn. Good guy! Plus he apologized for the wait and offered water. While I was browsing looking for a bigger face phone, and checking out the Samsung Galaxy Note 5... oh buh-GEEZ $710 ppptthh... Dream phone no more. Cya' bye... Chad introduced me to the LG Stylo 2 Plus. It has the same screen size. Hmmm it's nice... it's cool and I can see more sh**! Hahahaa! Decisions decisions... Chad and Amber were working off a tablet that can scan a barcode from the back of my ID to auto fill their application. It has a card processor on it too, for payments. Hi-tech stuuuuff there. Loving the neon pink wall lights in the store by the way. AT&T used up my data plan when I'm on the Yelp and iHeart radio apps. T-Mobile does not! Their network allows connection to your laptop as a wifi hotspot. I used to have T-Mobile as my carrier over 6 years ago. I can say they've definitely gotten better. Thanks Amber and Chad for helping me with my new number and service plan!!! Also I hope your location hires more excellent customer and sales reps soon, so you can get your proper breaks ; )

    AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS…read more I read the previous review from "vincent k." down below and decided to give K and B a shot against my better judgement... and he was spot on in his review. These guys are grifters through and through. Their M.O. is to up charge just because the don't like dealing with a specific customer, and they aren't even coy about it. Here's how that went down. I called and asked for an estimate to get a single cable of CAT5 pulled through EXISTING conduit from my office to a data room a few units over. 250ft in cat 5 is needed, as shown in their own original estimate. The conduit ALREADY HAD FISH TAPE IN IT, but I wasn't there to do it my self as I am out of state, so I decided to give them a go. The estimate comes back for $700.00. mind you, nothing is itemized, explained, and there is a vague "ADMIN FEE" listed but doesn't specify how much of the $700 invoice this makes up. Being that I work for a business, there's a lot of red tape to get projects and expenses like this approved, so I ask on the phone about what the admin fee is and the charged amount for this fee. I get sternly told that its for paperwork and doing a "site walk" and that it was $160. Seems steep but ok. I get this charge approved as I really just need the work done, but by now its been over 5 days and the original estimate has expired. Then I get a text message from them at 7pm on a Tuesday (first day back after a 3-day holiday weekend) stating that quote has expired and I told them I could pay immediately and that it just got approved, to which the response is "we will call for payment details". As you can guess, nobody ever called, in fact, all I got was an email with a newer, more expensive and even more vague total of $750.00. now i need to look unprofessional in front of MY superiors and try to explain why the mysterious charge went up $50 more, when I couldn't even explain the initial charge to begin with. I get told by K and B that this is "an updated admin fee". When I ask why? nothing.. I'm sorry, you're telling me that you increased the charge by 30% to $210 total for paperwork and site walk when literally nothing has changed regarding the scope of work, no other site walk was done, and no paperwork has been filed yet? That's a hard no from me. If anyone needs any other assurance that these guys are scammers and crooks, see the photos I've attached that detail everything I've typed here in proof. Please save your money, time and headache and go somewhere else, these people have clearly been inconvenienced by not receiving immediate payment and needing to send one more email, and tried to upcharge an already ridiculous "admin fee" of $160 to $210 with no rationale. I've seen "Nigerian princes" in my email inbox try harder to get money off of people for nothing in return. K and B is shameful and I hope this review keeps anyone else from going through what Vincent and I went through. Take your money elsewhere, these guys are crooks and don't even try to hide it.

Just yesterday I waited ALL DAY bc they kept changing my window times. I have a list of names and times. These people just put you on hold for HOURS or disconnect calls- Run!!!!!! Do not waste your time with them I have credits but their notes dont align to actual screenshots from their technicians showing my credits are DOUBLE than what they stated. You have to wait 72 hours for an escalated call back. Any recommendations on new service providers would be greatly appreciated
