Many of the deals were contingent on buying a new phone (I wanted to keep the old one). I was ready for that. I had checked and my old phone was supposed to be compatible with their network. The other contingency was that, for this deal, you had to subscribe to their tv and cable services. No problem. Have had them for years. Lastly, the best deals required that you have 2 or more lines on your contract which, realistically isn't a great discount because you have to pay $29.99 for each phone. I'm not complaining yet but we'll see what happens next month. Oh, I had made an appointment which they honored but they served other people during my time making the 20 minute process last an hour and a half. They did impress me with one of my giant fights. Normally, this goes out to restaurants but the Spectrum store had a sharps container in their bathrooms. It is so overlooked and I always worry about customers and employees getting stabbed with dirty needles. Only the second time, out of 100 that provided this service. So even if I hate their service I will always give them credit for the sharps disposal box.

The Wifi going out and troubleshooting it took over 20 minutes each time and would work for 20 minutes before you had to fix it again. They would send out their poor technicians to come fix an unfixable problem. every tech was nice but I would not wish spectrum on my worst enemy. if you are ever going to live in Kenosha, do not EVER consider spectrum. I work from home and would have to do all my work at the local Starbucks. Youtube on tv? not a chance. the routers and motums can be replaced time and time again, but the issue is with the network itself. If you find yourself in a spot wondering where you may get internet from, go ANYWHERE ELSE. Spectrum has not lost just a customer. They have made an enemy for life.

Gabel was leaving so Maddie stepped in to assist. Maddie was very through when going through the contract. Explained what everything was and why I needed to sign. Oh and her patience with transferring all of the data from my old phone to the new phone. She deserves a raise for that alone! Great experience at this store.

Beware of AT&T's promotion to pay off your old phone if you go with AT&T. The sales people never…read moretell you that a gift card in the amount of the old phone, does not arrive in your mailbox for 8 to 10 weeks. I had to pay off my old phones, which put me into a financial situation where my bills are late because I had to come up with 638 dollars of my own money to pay off the old phones. That was an unexpected bill. They don't tell you that they pay the old company for your phones, and send you a gift card instead. It has been 9 weeks and I have not heard hide nor hair. Had I known this was how AT&T does business, I would have shut my door on the sales person. It has taken me 2 months to recover from the screw around from AT&T. Be warned.

Build about the store for about 10 minutes walking by them several times, waiting to see if someone else would come out to put us in the queue explain to us where we We are in terms of timing for getting service, or just about anything that acknowledge our presence. Another couple came in about four minutes after we did and experienced the exact same thing - totally ignored. We walked out and were getting in her car when we saw the other couple do the same. I asked did they even stop to eat now would you? They replied, nope didn't even look up worst service ever had a Verizon. I have to agree total fail.

T-Mobile was pre-paid $125 in July for service through December of this year. However, I was forced…read moreto switch carriers because I needed a new phone, and T-Mobile does not sell unlocked phones. T-Mobile service was cancelled one month into the five month period I had already paid for, and now refuses to refund the other $100, claiming it's in the contract that they don't offer refunds. However, a company cannot enforce an illegal contract, and stipulating that if you pay money in for service you no longer require, they can keep it, is ILLEGAL and constructive fraud. DO NOT USE T-MOBILE. They do NOT sell unlocked phones, and will gladly screw you on refunds.
