Last week he was told he was no longer allowed to do this even with my permission and my PIN. Today, I stop in myself to find a packed store and am told I have to wait until all other customers are served first. If they are getting new phones or new plans, it could be HOURS. I shouldn't have to wait HOURS for a 2 minute screen replacement that I've already been to the store twice for. Now I have to find time to go back a THIRD time and hope they are not too busy.

T-Mobile service was cancelled one month into the five month period I had already paid for, and now refuses to refund the other $100, claiming it's in the contract that they don't offer refunds. However, a company cannot enforce an illegal contract, and stipulating that if you pay money in for service you no longer require, they can keep it, is ILLEGAL and constructive fraud. DO NOT USE T-MOBILE. They do NOT sell unlocked phones, and will gladly screw you on refunds.

They do a great job with being efficient but they recently replaced my screen this past march and…read morenow my touch sensitivity will shut off and I have to constantly turn my phone on and off to reconnect my screens ability to function. So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! It was $125 for new iPhoneXR screen so it is definitely on the pricey side. Sad that this last time has made my phone more difficult to use. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.
