Cam, He said he is the Manager at the Grand Teton Mall store. I met him at the T-Mobile on Utah Ave. in Idaho Falls. I wish he never helped me. This pathological liar had turned a good Experience to a nightmare. I had been dealing with Quinn at first since I started visiting the store. I was going to the store on 25th Street. But everytime you walk in there the employees look like a deer caught in headlights. They would just immediately send you to isource for everything. Anyway I visited the T-Mobile on Utah. Remington the Gentleman at Isource said they were better than the other store. Remington at Isource is very helpful and a Great Businessman. I'm happy to go there anytime even if it's just to say Hello. I had an issue with the IPhone I had. I had tripped and it fell into a hot bonfire. AppleCare and T-MOBILE 360 wouldn't help me get a replacement not even a 5% off or anything. I told Cam I just wanted to get the cheap Motorola for now. Because I can just pay it off and save up for another IPhone later. So he went to the back and which I thought he was getting me the Motorola I had asked for. Instead he brings me this Google Pixle. And told me it takes better pictures. Said it was a better phone. But I just wanted the Motorola. Even though I cannot stand Google and Billy Gates because of them stealing and not giving me back my intellectual property for over 24 years. So Cam just rings me for the crappy Pixel anyway. Which I leave to store very unhappy. So I return to the store a day later and saw Cam again. He tells me to hang on to it that it's ok. Then they push other products on me I really did not want or have no need for. So over this past month I'm in that store once or 3 times a week. Not liking the product they put on me and the WiFi kept going in and out. It seemed to be defective. So now the run around begins. Cam had moved to the Grand Teton Mall store. John the Manager tells me I should go over and talk to Cam. But I bought the products at the Utah location. I'm in my head thinking this is not cool. So I go over to the Grand Teton Mall to see Cam. I tell him about the WiFi hotspot and if he could help me change the password. He couldn't figure it out and then lies and tells me it cannot be changed. I told him again I did not like the Pixel and again for the third or 4th time to hang on to it. It's a good phone. But the good phone is $200 more than the Motorola. Cam was just thinking about himself and his little commission on the phone. So I go back to the Utah store they tell me AGAIN to go talk to Cam. Now I'm overly frustrated and I have a business myself to run and try to get up off the ground. This is no help at all and some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Meanwhile they have kept giving me the run around and the return time has expired for me to return the item. Now I'm stuck with a product I despise. And afraid to use it. Because my intellectual property will be stolen again. After losing my mother, my dog getting ran over my pickup getting totaled and my intellectual property stolen. It's feels the kicks in the gut and face just keep coming. I'm already sad and depressed meanwhile people like Cam have their foot in your back. This has been a truly horrible experience. I hope this story helps other people make a decision. Stay away from Cam the Snake Oil salesman. He lied and sold me a product I clearly did not want. And don't waste your money on the 360 or AppleCare. They DONT CARE! I would never ever treat anyone like this just for a few bucks! read more

Cam and his team were friendly, communicative, and worked overtime to help us get the best deal possible and did everything they could to port my wife's number over when we ran into difficulties. It has been 6 months since I went in with my partner. I wanted to purchase a new phone for them for Christmas. 2 hours in they talked me into switching from sprint to tmobile trading in my beloved Note 20 for the S21 ultra stating they could give me a $800 trade in on it and my bill would be cheaper. Well that was a lie as my bill is higher I received $0 for my trade in, the $50 screen protector we purchased with the promise of being able to replace for free any time has also turned out to be a lie. I had been a Tmobile customer for years. After moving to North Dakota I had to switch to Verizon, then this year I switched to Sprint. Verizon has good connection but Tmobile has faster Internet, at least in my area. Sprint had me at a lower price, but then I had to add more data. Tmobile allows me to have everything I love for cheaper. New phones every six months with Jump, unlimited data, and amazing customer service. Thank you to the Idaho Falls Tmobile for helping me come back. You rock. The Internet at the store was slow, so it took a while to get it done but we did it. One small thing I had a balance in collections from when I left Tmobile in December 2014, but I had paid that collection off. I was a little frustrated that even showed up. I entered the sprint- t-mobile store 939 so 25th e as a customer with two minor issues, after along wait with only one customer before me I was assigned an obviously trainee who was unable to resolve my issues , the store manager McKenzie finished a very lengthy service with her customer then went to a later customer and refused to assist us after my request, which was polite. I was unable to complete my issues after a very long wait, and I had to leave the store. Awful experience! I own a trucking company and T-Mobile is such an unprofessional business to deal with, we purchased/added insurance to my wife's new phone line and we are being told to a pre existing claim on another line that we do not have insurance after we are billed every month for it. One day John Legere will be sought out for criminal charges I guarantee with all of the fraud this company commits towards their customers. My iphone6 was failing and Sprint/Tmobile sent me a loaner to use while they were to repair my iphone6 which, I had to ship to Tmobile. (It was much easier to work with Sprint which just sent you to stores to drop off your phone for repair and pick up an hour later.). Anyway, the loaner did not work despite two hours on the telephone with Tmobile, so Tmobile sent me to a T-mobile/Sprint store to try to figure out what the problem was with the loaner phone. The store was crowded and I connected with Emmett. He told me that T/mobile doesn't do repairs and he wasn't sure why I had been sent there but he said he would see if he could trouble shoot the problem. Dashing between customers and me he finally figured out that the sim card was bad and put in a new one and Ouila, the phone worked. He was great and I am sure that Sprint would have loved to have had him on board. It turns out that Emmett used to be in the military. No wonder he was so great at fixing my phone and dashing between customers. I will definitely return to him and this store if I have issues again. read more

Avoid at all cost. Sales reps are not knowledgeable in their products and sales and trying to get help from T mobile is a total crapshoot as it depends on how competent the call center rep you get, same as their sales people. 2016 Thanksgiving we went to this store and a sale rep sold me and my wife on a buy one get one deal. We switched over my wife's line from Verizon to TMobile because it was cheaper, not knowing you get what you pay for. When we got our first bill, we realize that our buy one get one deal did not get applied. Every month I called T-Mobile and every time I got a different answer. From we'll get it taken care of, to you'll get a gift card in the mail next month, to you didn't do the rebate but we'll get you taken care of. Long story short, none of the sales reps knew what they were doing. This is a common pattern as their sales reps don't know either. A few months ago I called again and they told me they could resolve this at a store level. So I called and got a manager on the line, Austin. He said he would work on getting this taken care of and I asked that I be updated on the status by the end of the day as this issue has been going on for over 6 months now and it still hasn't been resolved. Of course, no call back. Called back again the next month seeing my bill still hasn't been fixed and I never did get to talk to Austin again and I just kept getting the run around by the store managers/supervisors. Eventually I got a supervisor and hopefully not a manager named Justin. Said that I really have to understand that they take these issues with a grain of salt because they get a lot of people calling who forget to do the rebate. And he said he would have Austin call me back, and I also take it with a grain of salt as it's never happened. In a nut shell, I'm not surprised of the quality of service I received from Tmobile as their corporate offices, sales reps, and the mangers of their stores are not trained very well. I finally got a competent guy named Mun from the Meridian call center that actually read the fine print of tmobile's own deal and finally told me the phone the sales rep sold me was not on the buy one get one deal. Mun got me the remaining balance credited to my account and I was willing to settle with buy one get one half off rather than free. Thanks Mun, and no thanks to everybody else in tmobile. Cheaper than other people, but you get incompetent employees 9/10 times you contact them. Avoid if you can afford it! read more
