    Scammers or idiots, take your choice. They are cheating me out of almost $300…read more The one sales rep doesn't explain anything and won't tell you what she's cooking up for you unless you badger her for info, and the manager doesn't seem to care. They did not explain ANYTHING unless I pushed for information. They 'sold' me a phone with a data only TABLET plan... no calls?? Didn't realize till I got home all the way across town. Actually, the data only plan will let you call customer support in India. They told me things I wasn't aware of 1) I was on a refill every month plan, and 2) it was data only. Go back the next day and get the same nitwit who grudgingly explains the plans and I go with a senior plan THAT COMES WITH A FREE PHONE. Except they previously charged me for the phone in full and the monthly internet only plan and would not refund any of it. So now I've paid almost $300 EXTRA and am on a regular 'post pay' plan...except they charged me for the phone too. I called customer service again and they need me to go back to the store AGAIN and get them on the phone with the manager. If this doesn't work out, I'm leaving the phone there and will have my bank chargeback everything. Update: Went back to this store for another hour plus of sorting this disaster out, and they proceeded to transfer the phone over to the post-paid account and refund its price BUT they still charged a return fee for the phone I'm keeping AND another 14 bucks on top of that, so still scammed out of about 40 buck by these idiots. They still explained nothing to me, but insisted that I asked for a prepay plan?! With no text or talk, really? Got home and called T-Mo support to learn the details of what I'm stuck with, because no one at the store could be bothered to do this, or even apologize for the monumental f**k up they caused.

This pathological liar had turned a good Experience to a nightmare. I had been dealing with Quinn at first since I started visiting the store. I was going to the store on 25th Street. But everytime you walk in there the employees look like a deer caught in headlights. They would just immediately send you to isource for everything. Anyway I visited the T-Mobile on Utah. Remington the Gentleman at Isource said they were better than the other store. Remington at Isource is very helpful and a Great Businessman. I'm happy to go there anytime even if it's just to say Hello. I had an issue with the IPhone I had. I had tripped and it fell into a hot bonfire. AppleCare and T-MOBILE 360 wouldn't help me get a replacement not even a 5% off or anything. I told Cam I just wanted to get the cheap Motorola for now. Because I can just pay it off and save up for another IPhone later. So he went to the back and which I thought he was getting me the Motorola I had asked for. Instead he brings me this Google Pixle. And told me it takes better pictures. Said it was a better phone. But I just wanted the Motorola. Even though I cannot stand Google and Billy Gates because of them stealing and not giving me back my intellectual property for over 24 years. So Cam just rings me for the crappy Pixel anyway. Which I leave to store very unhappy. So I return to the store a day later and saw Cam again. He tells me to hang on to it that it's ok. Then they push other products on me I really did not want or have no need for. So over this past month I'm in that store once or 3 times a week. Not liking the product they put on me and the WiFi kept going in and out. It seemed to be defective. So now the run around begins. Cam had moved to the Grand Teton Mall store. John the Manager tells me I should go over and talk to Cam. But I bought the products at the Utah location. I'm in my head thinking this is not cool. So I go over to the Grand Teton Mall to see Cam. I tell him about the WiFi hotspot and if he could help me change the password. He couldn't figure it out and then lies and tells me it cannot be changed. I told him again I did not like the Pixel and again for the third or 4th time to hang on to it. It's a good phone. But the good phone is $200 more than the Motorola. Cam was just thinking about himself and his little commission on the phone. So I go back to the Utah store they tell me AGAIN to go talk to Cam. Now I'm overly frustrated and I have a business myself to run and try to get up off the ground. This is no help at all and some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Meanwhile they have kept giving me the run around and the return time has expired for me to return the item. Now I'm stuck with a product I despise. And afraid to use it. Because my intellectual property will be stolen again. After losing my mother, my dog getting ran over my pickup getting totaled and my intellectual property stolen. It's feels the kicks in the gut and face just keep coming. I'm already sad and depressed meanwhile people like Cam have their foot in your back. This has been a truly horrible experience. I hope this story helps other people make a decision. Stay away from Cam the Snake Oil salesman. He lied and sold me a product I clearly did not want. And don't waste your money on the 360 or AppleCare. They DONT CARE! I would never ever treat anyone like this just for a few bucks!
