We called Gem State Pest Solutions because of a wasp problem. They had a technician scheduled to come out the next day. He arrived right on time, was professional, polite and cheerful. He did a thorough search of the places we had seen wasps, got rid of several nests and sprayed in all the necessary places. I called Gem State last fall after watching my husband fail miserably in attempting to conquer our hornet problem by using products from Home Depot. Gem State sent out a tech within an hour of my phone call and virtually eliminated our hornet infestation. Then he came out again, a few weeks later, as a followup, to eliminate any hornets that may have hatched. I signed up for an annual contract such that they come out every three months and spread granules around the exterior of our home as a prevention for spiders. Works like a charm as I have seen no spiders inside the house. Yesterday the tech was here and sprayed our timbers for hornets, since I was seeing a few, in addition to the quarterly treatment and offered to come back in two weeks as a follow up. These guys are fantastic! I have had problems getting contractors out to perform some of our projects (and so have my neighbors) but Gem State is 100% reliable. Plus they back their work. Great company, highly recommended. Because of them I will be able to enjoy my deck and patio this summer hornet-free. read more
