We honestly didn't know how we were going to get everything switched and set up, but Juan, one of the employees working that day, was absolutely amazing. He helped us every step of the way -- from transferring our data and setting up the new phones to walking us through how to use all the new features. He was patient, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. In the past, we've been to other T-Mobile locations where the staff seemed rushed, uninterested, or unwilling to help, so this experience truly stood out. We were both so grateful for Juan's kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Job well done, Juan! T mobile, please do a better job at training your employees to problem solve and more importantly to NOT give people a runaround or incorrect info. I went in on 04/15/2026 around 5:40-6 pm to understand why I was still getting charged when I cancelled my services a month prior. It turns out, I still had 3 active lines, so unacceptable. Now, this isn't the reps or stores fault but more so the phone rep I previously had spoken to back in March. My issue with this store and people in the front is that I was TOLD to go to a "corporate store" over 30 minutes away in menifee. Why? To get "verified" as my T-Life app had been disabled because my phone was no longer active with t mobile. WHY am I being sent to a different store 30 minutes away especially with these gas prices? So insane, just say you didn't want to attend me. Because I went to a "non-corporate " store in San Jacinto (less than 10 minutes away) and was able to solve the issue by getting verified in-store with my ID. Why did this store not do that in the first place?? Ridiculous that I was told otherwise. Please do better at not giving out false information and actually assist people trying to cancel their lines the FIRST time. read more

My experience has been a horror story. I called to cancel my account on April 7th. They only closed the two phone lines leaving a I watch and I tablet and tracker open on the account. I would think if your closing your account that would be everything listed. How crazy the customer service has been ridiculous they don't help you when you want to cancel. 1 to 10 on the scale they get a 1 for horrible service. So if you need to cancel within two years be very cautious dealing with them. No one has given me confirmation about my request. read more

Walked into T-Mobile to purchase a iPhone 16 Pro titanium and we were greeted by Freddy and at that point I already felt welcome. He gave us the best rates. Best plan made us feel comfortable. The whole time gave us his full attention did everything he could to satisfy our shopping experience and I have got to say Freddy has impeccable customer service. I am currently with Verizon and I will be transferring over to our coming over to T-Mobile because of that customer service, it was amazing and I would recommend him to everybody so if you come into T-Mobile ask for Freddy, he will give you the best service he treats you like your family and he treats you like he does care because he does we got we left with the iPhone 16 Pro and we are happy happy campers very satisfied customers read more

Female employee with piercings was unfortunately having a bad day and decided she would be rude and get upset to put a new screen protector on phone. Tmobile is offers a WARRANTY! that does replacements IN store. (This is what we were told prior, make sure the store puts it on?) When we arrived in store she didn't want to help at all and kept trying to find "distractions" to wander off because she was upset about putting the screensaver on, which was strange. Don't know if you have to pay your employees better or give better shifts. It's Annoying to deal with weird staff simply because they don't like their job. Respectfully that's not our problem that's MANAGEMENTS skill issue. Overall very uncomfortable experience would recommend other stores for time saving and better experience :) read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, DONT DO BUSINESS with Katherine, I went in for an upgrade and she told me I can trade in a phone, I told her I had a broken one. I asked if I fixed the front screen she said she would take it, the back glass didn't matter at all, so I went and spent $120 to fix the screen and when I went in the next day she refused to take it and face timed her manager and she also refused to accept the phone, saying that the back was too damaged, I told her I worked construction and I literally told her the phone was in bad shape and she didn't honor what she said, mind you, she's also a racist, the night I went in, she was bad mouthing Philippinos because of the type of food they eat and how they eat it, saying they are disgusting, this and that, in front of customers, not being professional at all, they don't want to honor my $500 trade in, I went to the other Tmobile next to Walmart on San Jacinto and the guy gave me $830 towards a new phone without hesitation, and the other store didn't want to offer the $500 they promised, I will definitely be filing a complaint directly with Tmobile about Katherine, I have witnesses about her racist rant and her unprofessionalism read more

I went into this T-MOBILE in the KPC Shopping Center (near Chipotle) in Hemet. My primary issue was how to DELETE apps from my iPhone since my storage was full. They would only remove from the screen, not delete. There were two customers in the store. I waited patiently near the door. Retail Manager "Cristian" was at a register across the store near the back room. He loudly asked me to put a mask on. I did...although I have a mask exemption, I didn't want to cause a fuss all the way across the store. I waited my turn and Cristian's customer left. When I walked up to his counter I stated that I had a mask exemption but that I would wear the mask to make everyone more comfortable; however, I did pull it away from my face so I could breath. Cristian confirmed that my storage was full but did not know how to delete the apps so he told me my only option was to PURCHASE A NEW PHONE! Seriously? I told him I had just bought the phone at TMobile a year ago. I tried to have small talk and just be friendly as he clearly had a bad attitude towards me, but to no avail. Any small talk was met with one word answers on Cristian's part. Okay, whatever. Cristian asked the other worker about the apps. They conferred a bit and he came back to try and delete some of the data from storage. He showed me how Telegram was the culprit. He said I needed to delete all of my conversations. I shared that I was told there was a cache to clear but I didn't know how. Cristian found the setting to clear the cache and it took awhile spinning around and around. Yay! He now gets one star for helping me although he clearly didn't want to. He got a phone call and went to the back room returning about 10 min later. The phone was still spinning. By now, two other workers had arrived. One was standing by the window while the other was helping a customer. Once Cristian returned, he told me I needed to leave the store. I was like..."Wait, what? Why do I need to leave the store?" He said I needed to leave because here were TOO MANY PEOPLE IN THE STORE. I clearly pointed out that there were FOUR workers and THREE customers. And the customer that was at the other counter had been there longer then me. Cristian continued...well I've already done everything I can do for you. I pointed out the fact that the phone was still spinning and that the problem had not been resolved. He reiterated that he had done all he could do. I reminded him the the reason I came into the store was to obtain help on DELETING APPS. I asked him if he was refusing to help me? He said no but that he could do nothing more. I wasn't leaving until I received the help I needed so I told him that if he was not comfortable helping me that I would gladly accept the help of any of the other three employees there. We both stood there in awkward silence as the phone continued to spin. I told him that I was very surprised that he was a manager treating customers in this manner. I continued standing there with a mask on but held away enough to breath. Phone finally cleared the Telegram cache. Cristian still could not get the apps to delete. He finally looked up and found the solution on the desktop computer and was able to make a change in my phone to allow apps to be deleted. I left and thanked him but a week later I am still baffled by the encounter. Cristian Was absolutely the rudest employee I've ever encountered at any cell phone company. Over the many years I've owned cell phones, I've had Verizon, ATnT, Spectum and now TMobile and I've never been treated in this manner. BTW, I did ask Cristian for his last name and he wouldn't give it to me. Just know that if you go to this store, this manager may discriminate against you. read more

After transferring my phone account to T Mobile, so many dead spots in my home. I cancelled my account, paid my bill in full. That very same day, my checking account was debited for the next mont! I noticed the debit immediately, and made personal contact with this store. A kind gentleman said I had to call Customer Service (professionals) to get reference #. CS stated a refund would be "expedited " for refund. After 3 weeks, I went back to same store for answers. Then I was told it was declined!! I had this account for 5 days and was charged $103.47 in total.( my payment & the extra month) Now go ahead and Repeat this exact situation x 3, and still no refund and to cap it off.... Just went in here. Terrible tech. knowledge, couldn't pull up plan prices, coverage maps and asked me 3 times to run "soft credit check", what for? Can't even get me the info to make a buying decision... And, don't call me brother! Be professional, courteous and knowledgable about at least your own product "Ethan". Also, it might be unlimited... 2G, I'm on 4G now. What can you do with 2G coverage? That will barely open an email. Just left ATT to switch tmobile due to better plan pricing I was absolutely satisfied with the help I received at the store Jeff (and whoever was working until close on 5/31/14) were helpful and knowledgable. Wrote down line for line what my new bill would be and what my out the door price would be for a phone for me and my wife, as well as our first prorated bill and all bills after that. These guys were top notch and had a blast switching my carrier. Great guys to chat with while switching over data from my old phone to new phone. I'm always weary of salespeople but right off the bat I could tell they were no BS kinda guys. Would go back to this store in a heartbeat for any cellphone related issues or questions. Not a fan. The associates who work there seem to have received different information than the people who work customer service at corporate. We went from pre-paid to post -paid (all with T-mobile), and we were told by the sales associate that it would take 4-6 hours for our numbers to transfer over. Not only did it take three days, but when I called customer service, they TOLD ME it always takes three days, and that they had no idea where he got his information from. Then, to top it all off, the person we had dealt with at the store put in the wrong number for my wife's phone, and it took an additional three days for her correct number to be ported over. This is the second time this has happened. The first was when we moved from WalMart Family Mobile (who is owned and licensed through T-mobile), and was with a different representative. I love T-mobile, but I'll be going to a different store to upgrade my phone later. read more

T-Mobile is the pits! Somebody is accessing my Bluetooth and phone. They can't do anything about it! I don't have a house phone but I'm going to get one! And I hell with cell phones. T-Mobile does not do anything about other people accessing your phones! They say there there's no problem, but somebody is accessing my Bluetooth and my phone! Tmobile is not the best nor the worst company. They have good service and plans are far more affordable than Verizon. I get 4g LTE almost everywhere. Data speeds are faster than my friends Verizon phone; Samsung Galaxy S5. The Hemet store provides good customer service, but sometimes have to wait in line because the store is usually busy when I pay my bill. The workers follow policies and procedures hence everyone must bring identification to verify their account or to add service. read more

Spoke with Shawna, I'm very disappointed to the fact that my phone's needs were not met after activity 2 sim cards but ( only used 1 ) during a 2 day period I asked for a refund needless to say . "So called" assistant manager Jorge straight out denied the refund . All I got to say is lesson learned... Now as for my personal opinion Shawna you have very poor customer service skills and best way to describe you and your work skills... "Dirty" and as for Jorge thanks for nothing, word of advice for both of you... Find another job because retail, most importantly customer service is way out of your skills . Worst company ever! I switched from my old company to T-Mobile in November 2016. I went to the Hemet Valley Mall T-Mobile store. I straight up told the guy that attended to me that I didn't want him to lie to me. But I wanted to know how good their service was. And he said it was the best service network vs. all other companies. I also asked him if I could switch my phone number to T-Mobile and he answered yes. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. And as soon as I walked out of the mall I made a phone call, I was told that The number that appeared on their phone was not my old number. I went back in the store she tried to talk to the same guy. He totally ignored me and was very rude. I called customer service and she was very understanding changed my old number into my new telephone. And at that time I noticed that the phone was not working properly. To make a long story short every month I've been dealing with this company talking to customer service and every month they want to raise my bill. T-Mobile is nothing but a scam! Customer service sucks! T-Mobile in general sucks! ******* note to all of you that are planning or thinking of switching to T-Mobile******* DON'T!!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself of a stressful experience. They have heard the worst words come out of my mouth.... that's how mad I am at T-Mobile..... They shut off my service before the due date!
