I was very upset when I arrived at the Germantown location, my bill was almost $100 too high due to issues with the acceptance of my veteran status. The manager, Daryn(?, I can't find his card) and his staff could have answered my initial question "who is the regional manager for the Damascus store?" and let me leave but instead, they asked how they could help and proceeded to not only show sincere interest in resolving the matter but went above and beyond to make sure that my status was updated, and my entire bill was correct otherwise. My experience at this location restored my hope that T-Mobile will be able to deliver on their customer service claims.
