Customer service to start with. I've been a Customer with T-Mobile for over 9 yrs. I have 2 phones in my name mine and my sons. I went on the 10th of Oct 2024 to upgrade my phone. On my phone app it said nothing down but at store they said they want 500$ down. I've never in my live had to put 500$ deposit on a dang phone.toi told the lady no why should I have to put that much down especially since I've been with them for so long. She got rude with me so told the Lady have a good day that I didn't need to be robbed from them. read more

Came in previously to add an authorized user onto the account. They said it was all taken care of. Clearly it wasn't. When I came in to possibly upgrade my phone, I was told that I was not an authorized user on the account so no information would be released to me. When I explained that we had already been through this previously and I assumed the information wasn't saved, Tyler, the (retail store manager) said "ok" and that if I was added then I would be showing up on the account profile. I did not appreciate his attitude nor his customer service skills. When I began to ask a question, he cut me off and answered with what he thought I was going to ask before I could finish asking what I intended and so I said "are you going to let me finish?". When I left I said politely, "thank you, have a great rest of your day", no one acknowledged me. I'm sure they were annoyed, but, you do not interrupt your customer, and you do not have attitude with them, ESPECIALLY if you are a STORE MANAGER. I have been so displeased with the service at this location. This isn't the first time I have been given attitude and poor customer service at this location. I will not be coming back to this location nor will I be recommending it, despite it being the closest T-Mobile to me. They get one star, because there is No Zero Star. As following the suite of ALL reviews (ALL ONE STAR), this still has the poorest customer service of all stores. Wal-Mart's self check out has better customer service than this racist store. I will never return to this store, nor will I ever refer anyone to this store. I almost canceled both of my business accounts due to this stores supposed "General Manager" who was working Monday, January 29th at around 7pm. I emailed their customer service email (Feedback@MyAmtel.com) but I think it goes straight to him, so it is pointless. I should have looked on here before going to this T-Mobile. Very poor service. Kid named Tyler I ask help looking for a new phone kept shying me away from phones I thought I would like telling me how bad them phones are than kept pushing me to get something I told him I didn't want very disappointed and frustrated why a person can't tell if someone just don't want something don't keep pushing. Than after he got a hold of his self made me fill awkward by saying I understand if you can't Afford that phone just save up money. Really Tyler?? Than when I decided what phone I wanted gave me this huge run around on extra fees that when I specially asked well how much with the 10,% down and the service fee. Quoted he told me a number and I said let's go with this phone got to the counter out came more nonsense. Man i think it's best not to give someone a number till you know for a fact what it would cost and tell me about the fees. Because he sounded like he mastered the phones down. Than learn Tyler what to say to a customer and how to put it in the the right way. Will be going to the BBB about this and corporate. Second time this store has done me wrong.
