My iPhone 15 Pro Max worked perfectly but did had a small crack in the screen at the top of the…read morephone. I decided to have Kwik replace the screen with an LED one for a cost of $204.59. That evening the phone begin to freeze up. It still functioned, I received calls and texts but the screen was frozen. The next day I returned to Kwik and they said that they again replaced the LED screen with another one. The problem did not go away. I would need to re-boot the phone at least 1-2 times per hour to use. Apple said that basically, Kwik ruined the phone. I had no choice to buy a new iPhone for $1100.00. Do not use this service for any repair on a phone unless you want one that is totally useless. I feel they totally ripped off a customer not only by charging $200+ for bogus repairs and then ruining a perfectly good, operable phone.

He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem.
