    Felt like it was a bait and switch. Went in to move services and was not told that the promotion on…read morethe phone was if the service was upgraded to a $95 a month (just for one line and not part of the monthly phone payment plan). When I went back in the very next day after being on hold with customer service for over a hour, I was told in the store that there was nothing they could do, except provide me with a discount of $20. I then wanted my phone back that I traded in, which mind you was still there in the back, I was told that they can't do that. After much debate one of the leads told me to come back Monday and his boss would honor getting the line down to $50. (Also another lady was there complaining of the exact same thing). Fast forward to Monday, I go in and talk to the store manager and was told that there is no way he could give anymore discounts and that the guy was not truthful about that. At this time I was upset, but polite. He went on and on about how the employees need to be trained better. That there is the managements fault, why should. A customer has to experience this horrible experience with this store due to lack of training? Sounds like their faults, not the customer. Manager then promised he would talk to the regional manager to see if they could do anything and promised to call me back the next day. Two days and still no phone call, I call back and ask for the manager to call me back, again NO CALL. Although the employees were nice, they completely screwed me over. Bonus! They sold me home internet service and said it was available at my house. I agreed, spent over 40 mins setting up the router, connecting my extenders and programming all the electronics, only to find that there is NO service here. I went online and checked my address to see why they told Me it was available when it clearly stated online it was NOT available at my location as of now. So I had to return all the equipment, then call customer service to cancel and wasted over an hour on this call. Management needs to train their employees before leaving them there to run the store. It's a shame that my experience with T-Mobile prior to moving to AT&T was great for 10 year, and this is how they win a customer back?? I'd suggest looking at reviews like I should have and go to a store that has good reviews.

If I ever start up a business of my own I'll probably be trying to hire these two ladies that work there at TMoble because they are two of the smartest workers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I've had accounts at both Verizon and AT&T and these two ladies and the manager at this TMoble store know who I'm talking about!! Heck even other TMoble stores I think they ask for these ladies to work for them when they need a replacement worker. Nothing but great things to say about this store in Portland Tn Earl Barnes
