We also chose to switch to DIRECTV from Dish because of the deals she offered us to switch and bundle. When we last called the store about issues with our bill, we were told the employee no longer works there and each time we have been there in person or called they've advised us that they either aren't able to do anything to help us or that we should visit another store to correct our issues. Not even an apology. To start, we were told we would receive TWO free iPhones to switch, which we were told later on was never even a promotion they've ever offered - customer service informed us that the deal was only for ONE iPhone - however, even after going to the store multiple times and multiple calls to customer service BOTH phones are still appearing on our bill each month as though we are financing them through AT&T NEXT. We were also told we could add an iPad for an additional $10 monthly, however each month we have been charged $40. After many calls, I finally was able to get this corrected through customer service, after being told she had signed us up for the incorrect plan and the data usage she told us we would have was also incorrect. She also signed us up for the incorrect package with Direct, but after visiting the store twice for this and getting nowhere and then calling DIRECTV customer service they said they could not correct this mistake once it had already been done and we would still be charged more monthly than what was promised. In the end, we are now stuck paying MORE monthly total than what we were in the first place and worse cell service than we had with Bluegrass. I tried filing a complaint with Spring Mobile and they sent an email response saying they would look into it and get back to me, and a few days after they sent another which said they were closing my complaint ticket with no further explanation.

So support said they marked me down to get a new sims I only had to go to the store no questions asked (word for word what they said). I show up and I'm refused service because I'm not the account holder. The "account holder" is my father in hospice 3 states away even though I pay the bill and had the phone on the account along with a photo ID that matches the name on the account. They didn't care and acted like I was trying to get into Fort Knox even though VERIZON SUPPORT LITERALLY TOLD ME TO GO THERE???. So version phone support can't help me and these people refuse to help me. I'm actually forced to switch to ATT which is just WILD. Additionally it's asinine how large their sign is out front. You cannot see oncoming traffic and a pedestrian was almost hit because it blocks everything to the left when you're pulling out. An extreme danger to customers and I'm like 90% sure it's illegally close as well. Anywho, 0/10 would not go here to deal with the rude and lazy "workers" here.
