When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the two female associates working. They were so friendly! We talked about what I wanted in glasses - something good for driving & a dramatic frame - and Tabitha pointed out a pair that was exactly what I wanted, but a little more expensive than I was hoping. She immediately found a pair in my budget that looked very similar. I tried them on and fell in love. She is SO GOOD at what she does! The store had a lot of amazing designer options at a variety of price points. The customer service can not be beat.

Started my experience with Andrew, the store manager. Had some issues and had to come back and worked with Ella. Then finished everything off with Andrew again. I cannot say enough positive things about Andrew -- he is the reason this review gets 4 stars. My experience with Ella, 1 star if I am being kind. But Andrew corrected it quickly and kindly so I'm rounding it up for his input and awesomeness. He was fantastic when picking out my glasses and assisting in placing the order. When I came back because a pair arrived broken, I dealt with Ella. She is new-ish, but that does not excuse her behavior. Rude to a point. Didn't even know how to print a receipt and actually told me the printer was broken (I later learned was a lie). I cancelled plans to come back 'when the printer was working' and magically she still had to bring in others because she doesn't know how to do her job. Thankfully, in my opinion, it's not how your experience is... it is how your experience ends. And lucky for me, it ended with Andrew -- who is just tops!! I cannot recommend this man enough. If you need new sunnies, or don't, just go visit him and he will hook you up. Thanks for everything, Andrew!
