The office is cute and treatment is comprehensive. Dr. Seger diagnosed my husband's torn retina, which could have caused blindness and he had subsequent surgeries to repair and prevent this. She also diagnosed my son's need for vision therapy, which helped focus on word and improve his reading fluency. Both have been better off for her care. The rest of our family (without major eye problems) have enjoyed shopping from the newly updated line of frames and sunglasses! Our teenager was able to switch from glasses to contacts after patient coaching from the staff.

Started my experience with Andrew, the store manager. Had some issues and had to come back and worked with Ella. Then finished everything off with Andrew again. I cannot say enough positive things about Andrew -- he is the reason this review gets 4 stars. My experience with Ella, 1 star if I am being kind. But Andrew corrected it quickly and kindly so I'm rounding it up for his input and awesomeness. He was fantastic when picking out my glasses and assisting in placing the order. When I came back because a pair arrived broken, I dealt with Ella. She is new-ish, but that does not excuse her behavior. Rude to a point. Didn't even know how to print a receipt and actually told me the printer was broken (I later learned was a lie). I cancelled plans to come back 'when the printer was working' and magically she still had to bring in others because she doesn't know how to do her job. Thankfully, in my opinion, it's not how your experience is... it is how your experience ends. And lucky for me, it ended with Andrew -- who is just tops!! I cannot recommend this man enough.
