I've been in here several times and usually end up walking out after waiting for 15+ minutes each time. It seems as though they have 3 people usually on shift with only one actually waiting on customers. Customer service is definitely not a priority here. I came in to get my phone that I ordered and has been payed. Nobody noticed me for 35 minutes of standing there. Not good service

I lost my phone and needed a temporary phone while I waited for an insurance replacement for my iphone 12 pro max. Came in to buy a new phone for a couple of hundred bucks in cash and activate it. I was advised that they only finance phones, and I couldn't just buy a basic phone temporary phone unless I wanted to finance one. So I was advised to book it on down to Walmart and buy a phone, and come back for them to activate. Which I did....buying the same phone that they had in store on display for $12.00 monthly financed but wouldn't just sell me. The rep activated the phone and I left only to have to make a 3rd trip to the store because immediately after leaving ALL functions on the phone stopped working. Yay me! I'm irritated at this point not only because they wouldn't just sell me a phone without an installment but also because of the multiple trips for something oh so simple. I'm assuming goofy looking Greg with the wife and kid who took the cruise was the manager, I spent so much time there and he talks so excessively about his life to random people I feel like I know him meanwhile customers are definitely not being assisted properly. Myself and 3 other customers were just looking at each other while he cupcaked with a customer, then another rep. I ended up making a 4th trip but to rivergate because of course the phone stopped working AGAIN and I recommend you spend the extra travel time and gas to go there as well. read more
