Two months on the phone to cancel service then they started billing me For the free Netflix I don't even like, I like the Peace HBO Maker back on The phone again for hours and 2 more days. Poor offshore Customer support if you Get a rate increase do not talk to them! So after days of phone calls to off shore Customer Confusion they told me to go To the store close by so I asked for an address They said they can't answer that the same As everything I asked before OMG. You can't screenshot conversations or Get text or emails all is blocked. If you call ask for someone that you Can talk through text or emails, words Mean nothing! If they can not respond Don't talk run down and move your Phone number to pre pay this way You have power to open through them Or another carrier and your phone numbe Is still yours! I am now with better carrier Better price because I cut and ran after Talking to the t mobile wall! read more

I was told by Tmobile that I had to buy online to get my preferred free phones, but any store would help me transfer data from old Tmobile phone to the new one, if I needed help(I preferred to buy from a store). Went to this nearby small town location and there were 2 bored guys in the store on their phones doing nothing. Offered to buy them lunch (gift cards) if they would help me, as I respect peoples time. They refused to help because I didn't buy my phone from them and they were an independent business (!?). Wow, if they won't help a disabled senior citizen with a company problem....LOL....seemed so lazy, hateful and going out of their way to do the opposite of being helpful. Hope your problem fits their narrow definition of what their job responsibilities are read more

Tried to pay my AT&T phone bill at this location with cash due to the fact my check card had broke…read morea couple days prior. The customer service associate advised me that if I pay cash they will have to charge me a fee because they don't have the means to handle cash. Well after a five minutes of disagreement I still had to pay the fee. Called the corporate AT&T made a complaint about being punished for using cash and they immediately refunded the fee plus 25 dollars toward my next bill. Wouldn't recommend anyone to use this AT&T dealer.

The other thing I would like to add is pay attention to whether the booth you are buying from is running a sale. One of my items was supposed to be 20% off but you have to let the cashier know about each booth sale or apparently you won't get the posted discount. This was my first time shopping here, so I wasn't aware of that and missed getting my discount. Overall it's a great place to find unique items and fun to see all the old things from the past.

DO NOT OPEN A PO BOX HERE…read more My box was terminated a day after creation and was never contacted about this. I've had my PO box linked to my business account and now have a loose $600 order in limbo because they refused to accept the Mail Return. In the time my box has been "terminated" I've pulled up and received mail, it wasn't until I had a box lost that they told me I don't have a PO Box with them anymore. The same information I brought to UPS for a PO Box I also brought to USPS and was able to open a PO Box in 3 minutes. Do not waste your time here, i've spent hours at this point dealing with this situation. I also wasn't refunded. I will never use UPS again after this.
