DO NOT OPEN A PO BOX HERE. My box was terminated a day after creation and was never contacted about this. I've had my PO box linked to my business account and now have a loose $600 order in limbo because they refused to accept the Mail Return. In the time my box has been "terminated" I've pulled up and received mail, it wasn't until I had a box lost that they told me I don't have a PO Box with them anymore. The same information I brought to UPS for a PO Box I also brought to USPS and was able to open a PO Box in 3 minutes. Do not waste your time here, i've spent hours at this point dealing with this situation. I also wasn't refunded. I will never use UPS again after this. read more

*Note: This is an updated review from when we started with them We went in a week ago to close our PMB the boy which is the owners Son said he didn't know how to close the box or remove my card off file and said he would have his Mom take care of it. We turned our keys in as well. That same day I emailed her to let her know that we turned our keys in and to please make sure my card was taken off file and the box was closed. She finally emailed me back said she would let me know when it was taken care of. I haven't heard nothing from her since. Today I get an email saying my box will be renewed on the 13th. Once again I emailed her that this box was supposed to be closed and haven't heard nothing from her. I tried calling the store several times and the voicemail box is full can't even leave a message.This is not a good way of doing business at all. I guess I'm going to have to call my bank and tell them to block any transactions from them. We really loved having a box there and planned on keeping it for a very long time. But one day we got some certified mail and while we're standing in line the owner says she knows what we're waiting on and knew what it was (Okay soooo) When I got our certified mail she says in front of everyone standing in line. "I hope everything is okay" I gave her a look and said Well....yea it's nothing (which it was nothing it was business) While walking out to our vehicle I guess a customer got out of line and was leaving and he says to us "Well that was unprofessional of her" We shrugged it off and once got home we thought about it and wondered how much personal mail does she really look at and decided yeah we're closing that box. Hate to say it when we got business mail at USPS they didn't even say anything. So yea not even putting in a change of address cause going paperless on everything. More privacy. So beware if your thinking bout getting a PMB especially if you get an certified mail. Just know we're deeply disappointed. read more

I had such a wonderful customer service experience today with Nelly & Max. Nelly was very kind and professional. I needed to make copies, some in color and B&W along with mail next day an important document to the licensing board and he kept my documents secure while I went quickly went home to get my wallet with my ID. The store was busy this evening, he and Max handled the work flow with the utmost professionalism while assisting one another. I often come to this store for my finger printing, Amazon return and postal needs as each experience is such a pleasant one. They handle the demands of their various roles and responsibilities so well. Nelly has the most pleasant disposition, is understanding, patient, detail oriented, greets customers and opens the doors for patrons with a smile. How they juggle their various roles and responsibilities with ease, is beyond me. I appreciate all they do! read more

Recently, we needed to buy supplies, send our previous ISP Modem back to the company, and ship a few boxes to family and friends. Upon arrival at Store #3416, we saw a long line extending outside. Rather than return, we decided to wait. During our wait, the team acknowledged every person who came into the store, apologizing for the long delay, and explained they would be with them shortly. We felt this was very cordial and professional; not a single person left after being greeted. The line moved quickly, and when it was our time to be waited upon, we were helped by a new employee, Wendy, who was friendly and cordial, explaining she new. Having been in retail for years, we had been in her shoes. Then, another, I assumed tenured employee, Max, came to her aid by helping not only Wendy but other new associates, Noah, Chris, and a non-new associate by the name Kyrstin. We asked if the manager was available, as we wished to thank them, but the day was their day off. Max explained the manager would be in the following day, but we explained the manager, Cathy, was not needed, as he and the team were doing exceptional work. What can I say about the UPS Store?? You come here for either packaging/shipping something or printing.. I've used another store in town for making a very nice photo copy for framing. Folks are very efficient and know what they are doing. I happened to come here for returning a merchandise I received in the mail. The clerk was very friendly and personable. Since I had already printed a return label and affixed it to the box, she took care of it in a jiffy--she printed my receipt out, and I was out of the place in less than five. Great! read more

I spent a lot of money sending packages from this store. Sometimes I was pretty upset as I was sending packages to my husband in Afghanistan. They never tried to build a relationship with me or ask me about my husband or other family. I sent packages to my husband once a month for nine months. Then at Christmas 2013 I had an important last minute package I wanted to overnight. I went to The UPS Store and the cashier guaranteed delivery by the 24th. UPS had issues during that time and my package did not make it until the 26th. I went to this store for my refund. I didn't even want the full amount back, only the extra I paid for it to be sent over night. I was not greeted at all and the cashier was extremely rude. She called her manager or owner, then took down my information. On December 30th I got a call that I would get a refund but the manager was out til after the holidays. Stupid Consumer brain kicked in and I waited for the call. I did not get a name or information from the girl that called me. On January 14th I called again. More rudeness and I was told they were waiting for a response from UPS. I told the girl, no, that I had already received a call that I was getting a refund. She argued with me and I gave her my name and number, because once again the manager was not in. I did not receive a call. January 28th I called and was told that I had to submit a claim within 15 days and nobody could help me. I called two different actual UPS numbers and both said I was to get a refund. The second said I had to get it from the store. I told them that was not going to happen. She gave me the number to the Corporate Store, that is over the UPS Store- which is a franchise. She said she would give the information to the store owner and I would get a call within 48 hours. It's over 48 hours and no call. My conclusion is never to use this store of course, Don't have stupid consumer brain and write down names, times and other information and that they put me off long enough so they would not have to give me the refund I was owed.
