Bought a freezerless fridge to have delivered. -Delivery was horrible (didn't move old fridge out…read moreof way for new one - was unplugged and ready to be moved like their email stated, didn't level properly, etc) -Freezerless fridge is actually a freezer and is mislabeled (per the managers at this location - they were great, but Best Buy corporate is horrible) on the website. Review of this also state it's a fridge. Pictures have milk, fruit, etc on them - not in a freezer. So guess what happens overnight when a 'fridge' gets to -10 F with medicine, wine, food, etc. inside? Well, I can tell you. Your kids milk before school, your meds you need, every glass bottle in the fridge is frozen and shattered. There is glass in everything. I didn't realize how much stuff came in glass bottles until this episode. The unit is set on the warmest setting and doesn't get above 0 F. The managers here saw the problem, knew it was a Best Buy mistake, and had someone call me. Eventually corporate reached out and offered to replace or return the unit and give a max of 10% compensation for what their mistake ruined. Doesn't even cover the medication and why would I want another mislabeled unit? Come get it and give me my refund. So I'm here to let everyone know how horrible it is to deal with this company. They will not make their mistakes right, so you know they won't stand behind anything else either. Purchase elsewhere and save yourself the head/heartache that we have gone through. What a great anniversary present. Was supposed to be a surprise for my wife and boy was it.
