Yet somehow, if I cancel my unit and sign back up, I can get a lower price immediately. Same customer, same unit, different button clicked. What a dazzling business model. So for anyone paying too much, take note: cancel your subscription and renew it for the lower rate, since that seems to be the only way they value customers here. Disappointing treatment for long-term renters. Five years of payments, rewarded with a shrug.

When someone showed up I asked to rent the smallest unit they had, was given a 5x10 unit and told it was $69 a month. No problem, paid for a month upfront. Went to the unit and fount that there was no lock in the unit like I was told and the roof was leaking. So I went back to the office and they moved me to an interior unit and told me not to worry about the $10 difference in the price, they would take care of it. Within 3 days of paying for the first month at the price I was given I started receiving emails stating that not only did I owe the $10 difference, but a $20 late fee. I went into the office 3 times to ask them to fix the account and remove their lock from my unit only to receive more emails and a notice of lien in the mail.

I've been incorrectly overcharged for late fees and additional rent TWICE within months of notifying the company. I was told to vacate my unit after expressing my concerns and then charged for the month anyways WITH late fees already added for February. (it's 1/31) and haven't heard back from management in over a week. Management is ignoring the issues. After scrolling through other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. Keep track of all your invoices if you choose to use this company. They will scam you into paying additional rent and unnecessary fees then cover it up with each management change. I can't even go back to previous invoices with the new online system. As a veteran myself, not even living in the same state as the unit currently, it's become increasingly more difficult to make sure my things are stored properly without issue, this is completely unacceptable.
