I had to mail a package to my daughter in Florida for the holidays. I've been to the location on Tiny Town Road but I was in the area of Wilma Rudolph this time. So I chose to mail it from this location. I'm very pleased with my experience needless to say. Being the holidays, there was quite a long line when I got there. But the line moved fast, and the folks were very friendly and cheery. They packed the items carefully, and my daughter received them perfectly and on time. In the endgame, that is what matters!! Kudos for the expertise and the professionalism. So now I have two locations to choose from anytime I need to send out a package. What a wonderful feeling to know. read more

Online prices started at $88 for tue packages dimensions and weight. Rest assured I will be contacting UPS corporate. read more

We visited the USPS Store near our home twice in the past week. While the store was extremely busy, the team communicated constantly with us and apologized for the longer-than-normal wait. The wait was no longer than ten (10) minutes, and we were serviced by Asher and Max. Then, the manager, Cathy, introduced us to a new team member, Justus. What a wonderful team. Stopped in today to drop off a package. I have been back several times, but this is just an update to give props to the new people. I must have arrived at the perfect time today - during lunchtime. There was only one customer inside waiting on a fax. So, I walked right up to the register. The young man was quick and took care of attaching the label on my package. He typed in the address info to give me a receipt faster than ever or they have a better system update since my last visit. IDK but keep it up! The other two ladies were familiar faces who have helped me in the past with the same efficiency. They were busy working on something, so the gent was taking care of (both of us) customers. I was in and out of there in less time than I had expected and planned for! Thanks so much! I recommend them and will be back myself! Sorry, only one pic since I was only there for a few minutes! They always have the cutest greeting cards... I didn't buy one today, but I do half the time I go there. Lol read more

As a store that advertises to help with all sorts of services, and is supposed to be great at customer service, this store fails to do that. The staff was extremely unhelpful in trying assist with a service when the reported cut off time for that service was 4pm. I arrived before the cut off, but was waiting in line to be assisted. As someone who works over 90 hours a week, and left work early to try and make it in time the least you could do is assist a customer when you had several staff members not doing anything at the time. read more

I ordered a bookcase from IKEA through Amazon. When it arrived the UPS driver brought the carton onto the porch& rang the doorbell. Before I could get to the door (I was cooking & needed to wash my hands) truck was spreading down the street. When I looked at the carton I saw it was damaged in several places including on end completely torn open. You could see the end of the bookcase was damaged & the contents were spilling out, possibly resulting in missing pieces. I contacted Amazon immediately. They were very helpful,doing a 3 way call with UPS to arrange for UPS to come to my home to pick up the carton for a return & refund. I did have a problem with UPS however. They wanted to charge me for a pickup even though they were responsible for delivering a damaged carton. The Amazon representative and I both argued that the pick should be done at NO CHARGE since the carton SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Another problem is that I will have to be here all day because they cannot provide me with a pick up time. Their solution was to just leave the carton on the porch, but I am not happy with that suggestion. Even though my neighborhood is safe,you never know,& if the carton was stolen I would be responsible for the cost of the item. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. But long story short, if you don't pay extra for them to package your stuff the same way you already packaged it they're going to toss it around and break everything inside. I've been shipping for years and never had an item arrive broken, I shipped a box from here, paid extra for insurance because it was over $200 worth of stuff, and then packaged it like it was being shipped to the moon, and somehow even though it only had to go to Nashville, they broke every single thing inside. My claim was denied because "I declined to pay for them to repack it". Go to the UPS on Tiny Town. read more

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, provides the highest level of customer service, and processes long lines of customers quickly. What can I really say about the UPS Store?? You come here for either packaging/shipping something or making some photo copies. I've used another store in town for shipping a box before. People who work here are very friendly, efficient and know what they are doing. I happened to come here for returning a merchandise I received in the mail. I also came here one other time to make a very nice photo copy suitable for framing. The clerk was very friendly and personable. She took care of it in a jiffy. She promptly printed my receipt out, and I was out of the place in less than 2 minutes this time. Great! read more

Don't come here if you need the internet to print. The computer charges you a flat fee of $3 whether you're on it for ONE MINUTE OR FIFTEEN!!!!!! What kind of bs is that?!? I literally needed to print one piece of paper and was logged into the internet for 1 minute and 34 seconds. I told them I was billed for 8 minutes and they said that's just the way it is!!!! Pissed! On top of that I still had to go to the counter to print because the computers don't let you log into gmail due to security so just wasted Money and time. read more

I attempted to return an item to a jeweler via mail on 3/30/21 and did not have access to a printer. I came into this store location and was given the email address of the ups store to send the shipping label that I received from the jeweler. I packaged my own item and the young lady placed the label on the box. I wanted to check to make sure the label matched my email, but the young lady put my box up so quickly. I waited and received an email on 4/2/21 from the jeweler stating I sent them boots and that they are returning the boots to me and that they cannot refund me the amount of the jewelry that I returned, because they didn't receive it. I then received a package the same exact day that had my name on the box and address. I opened it and it was a pair of boots and the shipping label inside has someone else's name on them and a different address. I called the jeweler and UPS about the discrepancy on UPS end. The manager was on the phone/assisting other customers and I waited for 30 minutes on hold. The young lady asked for my name and phone number in order for Ms. Kathy (Manager) to return my call. No one called me back. I then came into their store on 4/6/21, and spoke with the young lady that put the label on my package and the young lady that took my name and number. I explained everything in person. The assistant Manager were researching the issue. Ms. Kathy came from the rear of the store from her lunch break. I was then told by Ms. Kathy that she'll have to do further research and give her by next week (per Ms. Kathy early next week). I called on 4/15/2021, and Ms. Kathy answered the phone. She stated that she'll have to review the camera footage and asked me the same question she asked on 4/6/21, did we package the item, or did you? I confirmed again that I packaged the item myself . I requested for the Regional Managers' phone number. I received an email. She stated that she'll administer a claim. I advised her that it's been over two weeks that I've mailed this item off. I feel as thought that I'm at square one and I've just been repeating everything that happened and nothing is being actively done on this matter. I will reach out to the Regional Manager, but I will be in contact with BBB as well. I will not do business with this location again. There is a nonchalant vibe from this location and I've also emailed everything that Ms. Kathy requested of me prior to 4/15/21. She seem extremely unprepared nor was she taking this matter serious. I've very disappointed in the service and would not recommend this location EVER! read more
