So I chose to mail it from this location. I'm very pleased with my experience needless to say. Being the holidays, there was quite a long line when I got there. But the line moved fast, and the folks were very friendly and cheery. They packed the items carefully, and my daughter received them perfectly and on time. In the endgame, that is what matters!! Kudos for the expertise and the professionalism. So now I have two locations to choose from anytime I need to send out a package. What a wonderful feeling to know.

DO NOT OPEN A PO BOX HERE…read more My box was terminated a day after creation and was never contacted about this. I've had my PO box linked to my business account and now have a loose $600 order in limbo because they refused to accept the Mail Return. In the time my box has been "terminated" I've pulled up and received mail, it wasn't until I had a box lost that they told me I don't have a PO Box with them anymore. The same information I brought to UPS for a PO Box I also brought to USPS and was able to open a PO Box in 3 minutes. Do not waste your time here, i've spent hours at this point dealing with this situation. I also wasn't refunded. I will never use UPS again after this.

It was an emotionally difficult task, and the team at UPS Store #6562 in Clarksville made it so much easier than I expected. Maleak went above and beyond from the moment I walked in -- warm, welcoming, and genuinely compassionate about what I was there to do. He even came out to my truck to help carry the heavier items inside, which meant a lot on a hard day. Maleak, along with Taylor and Bryce, took great care packaging everything to make sure these irreplaceable keepsakes would arrive safely, and Maleak even tucked a kind, thoughtful note in with the packages -- a small gesture that meant more than he probably realizes. I can't recommend this store enough. The whole team was friendly, attentive, and treated me with real kindness during a tough moment. Thank you all so much for your care and professionalism. To store management: I hope Maleak gets some real recognition for this. What he did went well beyond his job description, and it made a genuinely painful day a little more bearable. He deserves to be acknowledged for it.

I'd go to a better fedex where they know what they're doing.
